We loved the location and the security of the community. Close enough to town that it wasn’t a big deal to run in. Very close to a few very good dining options. The property itself could use an update and a list of minor fixes. Overall, nice stay.

LOVE this unit RIGHT ON the golf course!

A few light bulbs were out and the hot tub control panel definitely needs to be replaced but other than that we can't wait to come back! So much so that we wanted to purchase the villa next door!

Fantastic experience!

I stayed at this property with friends for a weekend in Bend, and we had the best time. Check-in was easy, they were even able to accommodate an earlier check-in time with the request that came in last minute. The property was clean and secure and overall very pleasant.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location in between Mt. Bachelor and downtown Bend. The condo was very comfortable. The beds were great. The kitchen was stocked with everything. Only thing not working was the fireplace. But the hot tub, with the golf course view was great. The place felt like a home.

Bend visit

Overall a nice unit and in a good location to town, the river and other activities. Fairly well equipped for our stay as far as kitchen equipment for in house meals. Comfortable beds in both rooms. Access to the Broken Top pool would have been nice. Carpets could have been cleaned as there where stops in bedroom and family room area.

We have stayed in another condo at the same site before. The rooms are large, lots of patio and green space, kitchen has everything you need, close to shopping and entertainment.It is an excellent safe convenient location. There are some issues with the unit that need attention.There were a lot of bugs, the carpets are white and needed cleaning, some curtains are broken, fridge filter needs replacing, too much light in master so can't sleep well,chairs upstairs patio broken from staying in direct sunlight .

First time to Bend

We chose the villa for our first time staying in Bend. Located in Broken Top on the golf course, it provided a nice quiet place to stay in a safe beautiful neighborhood. It has two king suites, perfect for us and our friends. In addition, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Finally, the management company was easy to work with and good with their communications. Why 4 out of 5? The place needs a little care. 1) Some of the blinds and curtains were broken, making them hard to open. 2) Carpets needed a good thorough shampooing. They had a few use stains that were obvious on the light colored carpet. 3) A/C kept the downstairs cool, but the upstairs bedroom was 10-15 degrees warmer.

Just what we needed!

This weeklong vacation was just exactly what we needed. We have been traveling for about a month around the United States and this property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed waking up to the golf course, the beautiful skies, and a full kitchen that we were able to cook in every day.
