Villa tout confort bien située

Villa complĂštement modernisĂ©e avec tous les Ă©quipements utiles. Situation proche de la mer et des petites plages de rĂȘve ou plus exactement des criques naturelles avec des paysages fantastiques. PropriĂ©taire super sympa et attentif Ă  vos besoins. Maison que je recommande Ă  tout ceux qui veulent passer un beau sĂ©jour dans cette rĂ©gion.

Kamers en bedden zijn uitstekend. Badkamers met toilet erin zijn een beetje krap aparte toilet had beter geweest. Zwembad is verwarmd dit is heerlijk, alleen hadden wij 2 dagen geen verwarmd zwembad ivm een te lage waterstand waardoor de verwarming automatisch uit gaat. Dit werd na wat contact heen en weer snel opgelost. Daarentegen werkte de tv niet dit was bekend maar werd niets aan gedaan. Er zijn inderdaad ergere dingen, zoals op de foto’s te zien is is er een gas barbecue aanwezig. Wat schetst onze verbazing dat er een kleine ronde oude kolen barbecue stond dit was een grote teleurstelling voor ons! Voor de rest hebben wij genoten.

Tolle Finca, klasse Pool - sehr zu empfehlen

unsere Reise startete etwas holprig. Als wir unseren Urlaub Monate vor der Reise gebucht hatten, haben wir angefragt, ob wir eher einchecken können. Lt. Inserat ist ein Check-In erst ab 16Uhr möglich und wir sind bereits um 8:40Uhr gelandet. Netterweise wurde uns ein frĂŒher Check-In sofort kostenfrei zugesagt. Einige Tage vor unserer Reise haben wir eine Mail bekommen mit Details zum Check-in. Dort hieß es dann,dass ein Check-in ab 17Uhr möglich sei. Wir haben daraufhin geantwortet, dass uns bereits ein frĂŒherer Check-in zugesichert wurde und haben als Antwort bekommen, dass man tue was man könne, aber ein frĂŒherer Check-in nicht garantiert werden kann. Letztendlich konnten wir im kurz vor 16Uhr endlich in die Finca. FĂŒr den Check-out wird im Inserat 11Uhr genannt. Auch hier bekamen wir zunĂ€chst die Mail, dass 10Uhr die Check-out Zeit sei, hier durften wir nach dem Hinweis auf unsere BuchungsbestĂ€tigung+Inserat dann aber bis 11Uhr bleiben. Beim Check-in hat uns dies also leider einen halben Tag gekostet, was sehr Ă€rgerlich war. Die Finca selber ist dafĂŒr wirklich schön gewesen. liebevoll eingerichtet, ein ausreichend großer KĂŒhlschrank+KĂŒhlschrank am Pool, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein toller Pool. Hier wĂ€r ein Hinweis schön gewesen, dass alle paar Tage der Pool Dr. unangemeldet vorbei kommt, damit man sich nicht zu Tode erschreckt. Zu krĂ€ftig gebaut sollte man nicht sein, da die Toiletten in den BĂ€dern viel zu eng zw. der Duschwand und dem Waschbecken eingefasst sind.

Super huis

Huis is geweldig. Alles wat je kunt bedenken is aanwezig. Hygiënisch schoon. Geen gedoe met flessen water dankzij gefilterd water en ijsblokjes uit de koelkast! Heerlijk! Het enige minpuntje was dat er momenteel veel gebouwd en afgebroken wordt in de wijk, waardoor veel herrie terwijl je aan het zwembad ligt. Maar daar kan de huiseigenaar niets aan doen natuurlijk.

My husband, sister and I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. The villa has been furnished to a high standard with comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely gardens with barbecue and large swimming pool. Communication was excellent and quick. Villa located in a quiet area apart from the villa to the rear of the property had what looked like a black Labrador which was left out in the garden and barked most days from morning until 9.40 in the evening one night which did have an impact on relaxing round the pool. That being said I would still highly recommend this Villa

Fabulous villa

The villa was fantastic, beautifully decorated with everything you could need. 5 mins walk to a lovely beach and restaurant. Had an issue with one of the aircon units and the engineer came out straight away! Amazing service. We will definitely return next year.

Lovely holiday home

The villa is in a lovely quiet area of La Fustera. It’s very spacious and well equipped with a great kitchen and 2 lovely shower rooms. The bedrooms are all a good size with really comfortable beds. All areas have air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool area and there are plenty of outdoor areas where you can eat outside. You can also walk down to a small beach with a great cafe bar not far away. The only issue we had was the difficulty in getting a taxi to pick us up if we wanted to go out day or evening. The villa is situated between Calpe and Moraira and taxi companies in each of those areas were reluctant to come out to us. We did discover a local bus which was useful but this service was restricted and finished around 7pm.

Lovely Villa with a real home from home vibe. Great furnishings and fantastic location to walk to La Fustera beach and beach bar. I do think there needs to be some wording in the description to suggest that if you haven't hired a car then the local taxi situation is almost impossible so become reliant on the coastal bus service. Other than that, really nice, welcoming and a great place for a relaxing and peaceful vacation

Family Birthday occasion

A lovely house in a quiet location, ideally situated between the popular resorts of Calp and Moriara but with a lovely beach cove of its own at La Fustera . Also Convenient to a well stocked supermarket and bars . Property was well maintained and the one or two issues we had with air con and electric “trip out” were quickly resolved by the management team at Costa Blanca Dreams . Maybe a little more attention required in maintaining the outside areas but overall a good holiday venue .

Ein schönes Haus in schöner ruhiger Gegend

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr schön. (5 Sterne) Wirklich sehr sauber! (5) Geschmacklich sehr gut eingerichtet! (5) Der Wohnbereich mit TV etc. (viele diverse TV-Sender) ist auch sehr gelungen. (5) Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich. (5) Eines der Zimmer liegt in einem Gang und hat kein direktes Fenster. Aber das war ok. Das Mittelzimmer war eher einfach ausgestattet. Aber auch ok. Alle Zimmer waren mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Sogar die schönen BĂ€der. (5) Das sogenannte Man-Cave im Untergeschoss ist eine tolle Sache. Wir haben hier wie geplant Dart gespielt. (Steel-Dart-Board) Der Billiard-Tisch ist leider ein Karamobalgetisch. (ohne Löcher) Das haben wir daher gar nicht gespielt. Leider ist der Raum auch "sehr schwĂŒl" und hier wĂ€re trotz vorhandenen Entfeuchters eine zusĂ€tzliche Klimaanlage zu empfehlen, um den Aufenthalt hier angenehm zu gestalten! Man konnte zwar die Fenster öffnen, aber alles was man sagt und tut schallt nach draußen. Im Ganzen aber ein toller Raum, aber eine KĂŒhlung ist wirklich zu empfehlen. (3) Die Pool-Landschaft war schön. Der Pool ist sehr groß. (Vorne ca. 1,2 m und hinten mindestens 2 m tief) GenĂŒgend liegen mit Auflagen. Ein ausziehbares Dach war gegen die Sonne oder Regen sehr hilfreich. Ein KĂŒhlschrank daneben eine sehr gute Idee. Wir hatten die Villa ja auch deshalb gebucht, da er einen beheizten Pool haben soll und nach vorheriger Absprache bei Ankunft 30 Grad gewĂŒnscht und wurde nicht verneint. Bei Ankunft hatte er aber nur sehr kalte 23 Grad! Das war sehr enttĂ€uschend. (Die WĂ€rmepumpe war aber auch ganz klar aus) Man reagierte zwar schnell, aber nach Einschalten der Pumpe waren es am Ende unserer 9 Tage nicht mehr als 26-27 Grad. Hier leider nur 3 Sterne. Durch geringen Wasserspiegel war eine DĂŒse sehr laut am plĂ€tschern (Schlaf war kaum möglich) konnten es aber mit einem StĂŒck Schlauch lösen. Wegen der geringen Pool-Temperatur wĂ€re eigentlich fĂŒr uns ein Punkt Abzug gewesen, aber wir haben uns hier einfach wohl gefĂŒhlt und das ist ja das was zĂ€hlt! Wir können diese Villa daher absolut empfehlen. Sehr ruhige Lage! (kaum Autos und ganz selten mal ein Hund gehört) Da waren die vielen MĂŒcken eher störend. Wir haben darĂŒber gesprochen, ob wir es wieder Buchen wĂŒrden. JA, aber da muss der Man-Cave wirklich KĂŒhlbar sein und die Pooltemperatur aber auch wirklich 30 Grad schaffen, dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder 😊 Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles!

Villa Carolima

Probably the best villa we have stayed in on holiday in Spain! Every facility you need for a family holiday. Great local supermarket, lovely walks along the coast path to Calp, Bar La Fustera a good evening drinking spot! We loved the different terraces available to eat on depending on the time of day, especially the high terrace with a fantastic view of the bay and the Rock at night time. Perfect for a beer or glass of wine! Our boys (11 and 13) enjoyed the pool and the games room, with the pool equipment provided. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, modern and comfortable house

We stayed at the house two weeks with our four kids ranging from 7 to 14. We all loved this beautiful house, very nicely decorated both inside and outside in the garden. The air conditioning was a blessing during hot days and so was the American fridge with filtered water and ice cubes. An espresso machine was a bonus making great coffee to enjoy. The swimming pool is amazing, nicely sized with perfectly tempered water. Shallow at one end and approximately 2 m at the deeper end, the kids really enjoyed this. The views from the rooftop terrace are amazing, especially in the evening watching the sunset enjoying a glass of wine! Very friendly and safe neighbourhood, gated parking at the house and even a charger if you’re driving an electric car. Great communication with the super friendly owners, and also with the local hosts at CostaBlancaDreams. We really enjoyed this house and would love to rent it again if we come back. Would recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful Location and stunning Villa

Absolutely loved the villa deco was gorgeous within walking distance to beach and bars good location to explore. Only negative we thought there was a pool table but it was billiards. Otherwise really lovely x highly recommend x

Complete vakantiewoning, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Complete, schone en prettige vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan. Goed uitgeruste keuken met Amerikaanse koelkast met ijsblokjes. Erg in trek bij onze kinderen van 19 en 23 jaar, waardoor de ijsblokjes snel op waren en het even duurt voordat er nieuwe aangemaakt zijn. Waterflessen kopen is eigenlijk niet nodig, omdat je gefilterd water uit de koelkast en keukenkraan(linker hendel) kunt halen. Airco op alle kamers. Prachtig zwembad, fijne ligbedden buiten. Alleen waren de eenpersoons bedden voor onze jongens(1,90 mtr) wat aan de smalle en korte kant. Mooie zitjes om het huis met prachtig uitzicht vanaf overdekte balkon en dakterras. Binnen loopafstand van strand met restaurants, maar het huis ligt op een heuvel, dus wel hele klim terug naar boven. Er zou een poolbiljart zijn, maar dit is een 'gewone' biljarttafel (zonder gaten). Supermarkt in de buurt. Zeker een prachtig huis om opnieuw naar toe te gaan.

Fabulous 3 weeks in winter sun

Lovely property and beautifully designed and maintained . 5 mins downhill walk to quiet beach with kids playground and a great restaurant with really good food and water views . Quiet with privacy and a pool ( heated ) and roof deck . We loved our stay and the agents were really helpful . Thank you .

Het is en blijft een tophuis op een toplocatie. We merken echter wel een groot verschil van in juni en nu eind augustus tot midden september. De communicatie met het agentschap verliep moeizamer. Zo was er een defect met de wasmachine die ons niet van te voren werd meegedeeld waardoor we in nood zaten met handdoeken. We vroegen extra handdoeken en we blijven maar wachten alsnog andere bevraagde zaken. In Juni was alles ruim aanwezig vuilzakken, vaatwastabletten dat was nu niet het geval. Ook vodden waren niet aanwezig. We ondervonden ook problemen met de douches die niet doorliepen dit werd wel vrij snel opgelost. De algemene netheid was ook net wat minder hier en daar haren een niet zo proper vloer etc. We vermoeden dat het huis wat afgezien heeft na een heel seizoen. Alsnog een topper.
