Because the pool has steps and has a single depth of 135 cm, it is safe for children and pool games. An electronic pool cover enables you to cover the pool at night and guard the daytime heat.
The very large downstairs bedroom has a comfortable walk in shower room attached, with toilet and sink. The two sizable attic rooms share a good sized bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The adjacent hall has a cot for babies should it be required.
The house is extremely quiet and is situated in a small hamlet of 3 houses surrounded by beautiful, hilly countryside. The track leading to the house is a cul de sac. You will be lucky to see a single car pass in a week!
