The exposed brick walls give this apartment its special charm. It is located in one of the hippest and most versatile neighborhoods in Berlin and is very popular with couples, friends, families and business travelers.
The accommodation (approx. 100m2) is on the ground floor with direct access to the street. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen is newly renovated in 05/2022 and has an integrated view of the large dining area. Please note that there is only one small bathroom. If a large bathroom is important to you, this may not be the right accommodation for you. Nevertheless, the bathroom is nicely furnished and well equipped.
The apartment is facing the street side with some potential noise.
It is characterised by numerous cafés, restaurants, bars and clubs. Within walking distance you will also find the huge park Hasenheide, a flea market and the Landwehrkanal.

what a fantastic find! The apartment feels so spacious and comfortable. Great location close to the metro and within walking distance of quite a few fabulous vintage stores.The only down side was the check in process!! Instructions on how to enter were very unclear and the automatic locking system complicated things much more than they needed to. A standard key would be much more appreciated.

Chambres très correctes.
Cuisine correcte mais les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont insuffisants.
Salle d’eau-toilette pas du tout à la hauteur.
Salle de repas, parfaite.
Salon. Nous ne l’avons pas du tout utilisé car donnant directement sur la rue sans aucune isolation phonique.
L’entrée est horrible. C’est une devanture de magasin abandonné. Les gens pensent que c’est inoccupé et s’asseyent sur la marche devant la porte pour parler. C’est l’enfer!!.
Dommage car sans cela et avec un effort sur la salle d’eau, ve serait bien car bien situé en face d’une super boulangerie et du supermarché et à deux pas du métro.
