Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house in Bernières-sur-Mer, 50 m from the beach with no road to cross. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 277 m² enclosed garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 3: two single beds

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 277 m², north-facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Das Haus mit Garten ist wunderschön und die Lage ist top. Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit dort und haben es grds. sehr genossen.Angenehm fanden wir:- nicht zu laut trotz Durchgangsstraße- elektrische Rollläden, so dass man auch nachts gut und mückenfrei lüften konnte- TOP Online-Service via Whats App!!!- Nähe zum Strand u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- Parkplätze direkt gegenüberLeider gab es aber auch ein paar Dinge, die uns störten.Sauberkeit:- Fenster im Eingangsbereich lange nicht geputzt!- Bastteppich im Wohnzimmer verliert -Dank seiner langen Fransen- täglich so viele „Haare“, dass man spätestens alle 2 Tage freiwillig staubsaugt. - auf mindestens 2 Betten waren deutlich zu viele Haare der Vorgänger, was nicht schön ist, wenn man das Bett selber bezieht.- Geschirr haben wir erstmal selber gespült, da Unzähliges noch sehr verschmutzt war.- die Küchenschränke haben (teilweise) einen unangenehmen Geruch, weshalb wir immer nur das gleiche Geschirr in Benutzung hatten, täglich (von Hand) spülten und dieses dann auf dem roten Schränkchen stehen ließen.- Der Wasserhahn i.d. Küche ist ein wenig wacklig, aber funktioniert einwandfrei.- Dass der Abfluss in der Dusche etwas verstopft ist, haben wir nach Feststellung direkt mitgeteilt.- Dass ein Fensterladen fehlte, war ungünstig, jedoch wurden wir frühzeitig vorher darüber informiert.- Am Strand leider alles voller Algen, aber wir gingen woanders toll baden.Ansonsten ein MEGA Urlaub in der Normandie!! :-)
