Lounge in the sun on the viewing deck, or step outside for a soak in your private hot tub. A quaint seating area and BBQ are situated on the new wraparound deck.

In the backyard, you will have a spacious, fenced-in area to let your dog run free while you are home.

In the front yard, your kids will enjoy running around in the spacious yard. During winter, you can even sled, ski, or snowboard down the hill in front of the home.

◻ This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 24+ months, well trained, and housebroken.

◻ We recommend purchasing travelers insurance for unexpected circumstances.

◻ Please note that there is a $150 pet fee/pet

◻ There are four security cameras:
◻ One facing the driveway
◻ One under the outside stairs facing half the walkway and a little
bit of the front yard. The hot tub cannot be seen from this
camera (or any other)
◻ One on a tree facing toward the driveway and outside stairs. I
need to keep an eye on the snow at the entry points of the
home. I cannot see the outside fire pit from this camera.
◻ One on the upper deck facing out toward the yard and deck.
This is used primarily to keep an eye on the snow and grassy
area.

◻ Please do not smoke inside the home. A $300 fee will be charged if proof of smoking inside is found. Feel free to smoke outside using proper disposal.

◻ No check-ins or checkouts on the following holidays due to the cleaner's schedule:
