The beautifully maintained garden, featuring lush lawn and mature trees, provides a serene natural backdrop that enhances the overall atmosphere of the residence. Guests benefit from shared access to a heated angular swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 metres, with a surface area of 24 square metres and a depth of 150 centimetres, available seasonally from 15 May to 19 October. Reliable internet Wi-Fi access is available within the house, keeping you connected whenever needed.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a well-balanced and thoughtfully arranged living space.

The living and dining room spans 30 m2 and features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space that can serve both as a relaxing lounge and an additional sleeping area. From this room, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 7 m2, where terrace furniture is provided and a beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed.

The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ideal for younger guests or additional travellers.
