Hard Rock was more than accommodating. Since Travelocity did not finish the booking and they had no record of our reservation. They not only gave us a room at the rate listed they upgraded our room.

Room was very dirty, sticky counters, the bathtub had a clogged drain, and the sliding bathroom doors was hard close properly.

The room was clean. The parking was very easy and plentiful. We asked for a no smoking room but smoke (including a skunky odor) would come into the room periodically. Tuesday morning the rock music in the front of the hotel played all night until 8 am. Only one night did this occur while the other three nights the music was turned off. There was no daily room cleaning or service but housekeeping would bring towels, coffee, etc. when needed. We stayed in the Platinum tower which is a newer building than the other tower.

Outstanding hotel, pay a few extra bucks and stay in the platinum tower, gorgeous Sunset views over the water.. this time of year and nice and quiet, I never heard even a voice in the hallways.. staff is super friendly from the check-in into the bars and restaurants had a really great stay will definitely be back

Room was clean. They do need to repair the transition between bathroom floor and carpet. It is sharp when you step on it. After a couple times you learn to step over it though, because it hurts.
