In the resort 100 m from the centre of Biniville, 2 km from the centre of Orglandes, 10 km from the centre of Valognes, 20 km from the sea. For shared use: beautiful garden 1'000 m2 with plants and trees, meadow. Private: property 200 m2, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, sandy beach "Portbail/Quinéville" 20 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
