Good day, Preeti at reception was an absolute star, thank you Preeti, your kindness and warmth really made us feel right at home and we will definitely be back. The room however, we were underwhelmed. Bed lamps faulty, tap on the handbasin, too far back which made a mess. Toilet roll holder broken. Bathroom upgrade definitely needed and better toilet paper. Litter in the courtyard that our bedroom overlooks, needs attention. Overall, a good visit, lovely and helpful staff, however, small improvements can make for an excellent stay.

Paying for parking for a hotel based on an industrial estate is just a rip off! Breakfast buffet at £14 is steep and the evening meal was pricey as well! £60 for 4 chicken wings starter, pork medallions with Gnocchi and one glass of white wine. Just felt like I was being ripped off from start to finish.

Was suppose to stay here for 3-4 days ended up shorting it 2 days. 1stly biggest disappointment on the breakfast. Same food for 2 days back to back and are chargered £18+ not worth it at all. They should offer different menu atleast. Room is fine but bathroom sink keep getting clogged water not going through. Worse room service. I am asked to pay £5 for service when order non food things like ice, or cups. Big disappointment for 4 star hotel.

Booked the room several months before arriving and the “system” made a mistake and downsized our room but it remained the same price. Room quality was poor, parking was poor. Toilet door didn’t close dragged on the floor. Felt like a dirty American motel as soon as you got out of reception into any room.
