Room was spotless, however, after reporting about 4 or five times, that the bathroom light switch had sunk in, (it was still operational); until Saturday late night, when it was completely broken. We were promised that Maintenance would come to fix it. Sunday morning, as we were checking out, again we reported it to The Receptionist Team. Staff, especially, on Reception and in the Sky Restaurant were exceptional!

As always, a good stay at Genting. Very slight issue with wrong room type but this was rectified very quickly and efficiently which is all I ever ask for! Room was clean and comfy, breakfast very enjoyable with lots of selection

Lovely clean accessible room. Only issue was the distance from reception - this is a big place. Ok for me in a wheelchair but problematic for my partner who struggles to walk with a stick. Useful to have the underground parking on site. Loved loved loved the location which is amongst the shops. Highly recommend Miller and Carter

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I’d have given everything five stars except for the heat!!. I even commented about the excessive heat to the lady at reception and she said we make sure everything’s really warm at this time of year! I responded that I felt like a boiled turkey! And I had a great difficulty sleeping, which is why comfort lost one of its five stars There is no way of opening any windows, so one is totally at the mercy of the air-conditioning system, which is substandard

Beautiful hotel with a lovely spa and decent rooms. The breakfast wasn’t great, there were nice pastries but the cooked breakfast tasted like it all came out of a can. I would love to stay here again but I would skip breakfast.
