ISSUES AND REFUNDS
The host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 8 hours after check-in. Guests must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy any issue after the host has been notified. Guests must also allow entrance for regular maintenance. If a guest stays after the issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: This home can possibly have noticeable wear and tear from frequent use and the furniture can start to age. Worn/stained carpets, faded curtains, missing blinds and minor scuffs and scrapes on the walls, etc. Please keep an open mind while vacationing. No refunds will be given. Should any major equipment or appliance require attention, we will work to fix all issues as soon as possible during normal business hours, however, we cannot issue refunds or make price adjustments. There will be no refunds due to weather problems, early check-out, and interruption of any service due to maintenance problems that arise before or after guests' reservations. In case of incidents beyond our control, severe damage or sale of the property, Pass The Property reserves the right to substitute the property to a similar or superior accommodation near the original one without further liability. Unfortunately, we cannot predict construction activities near our properties. We may not be able to notify the guests prior to arrival. There will be no refunds due to construction or renovations activity around the rental property. There will be no refunds for internet, tv or utility outages in the area that we do not have control over. When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed through the guest booking channel.
Shockingly awful, the house was uninhabitable, unhygienic & in an unfit state to stay in that we had to go to a hotel instead for the first night. On arrival the flat was filthy with hair, crumbs and dirt with unclean toilets (poo stains), other peoples used laundry lying around & the beds looked as if they had been remade rather than clean laundry added (head indents on the pillows and very creased). Despite asking them to rectify the cleanliness situation they sent a cleaner who did not rectify this at all but put other stained bedsheets on. When asked to send an external cleaner instead they refused and said they only use this specific cleaner and the next time they were available would be 24hrs away so we were told to stay once again in a unhygienic property. They also only offered a refund with mini 600 despite us not being able to stay there a single night.Donât stay here, avoid Pass The Property, it's not worth the time, hassle, energy.
