Located in Bloomington, enjoy what this newly renovated 2-bedroom house has to offer. The gorgeous bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests will find two additional living spaces, each with a comfortable bed—a sofa bed and a full day bed—ideal for extra company. There are 1.5 bathrooms. The main bath has a walk-in rain shower and double vanity making getting ready a breeze. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the main bathroom. The fantastic climate control keeps the house cozy or cool, whatever the season. Whether relaxing in the spacious living rooms or unwinding after a day of exploring, this enchanting home welcomes guests with comfort and charm. We hope you enjoy what our place and Bloomington has to offer. The house is close to shopping and restaurants. It's located about 10 minutes from the IU campus. It has a nice deck on the back and a fenced-in yard for your dogs to run. The house is located 300 feet from a city bus line pickup location. All mattresses/kitchen appliances/ furniture were purchased new in January 2026. Living spaces have 65" HDTV's and the bedrooms have 55" HDTV's. The garage is used for storage by the owners. Guests will not have access to the garage. There is parking for 3 vehicles (2 in the driveway, 1 on street). Host speaks English and Spanish.

The check-in process was fast, and we were welcomed with a helpful note and a basket of snacks. The home was clean and updated with nice amenities. We chose this location as the owners allowed pets, and our 2 dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Thoughtful touches, such as food/water bowls along with waste bags, were provided, which I thought was a nice touch. Location was excellent, and I would stay here again!
