Round Rock overlooks St. Martin’s rugged coastline across the Anguilla Channel. This six-bedroom villa is equipped with every modern convenience for an idyllic island getaway.

Pelican Bay is minutes away, and the villa provides towels, tote bags, and coolers for blissful beach days. Round Rock’s heated swimming pool, hot tub, and travertine terrace allows guests to relax in privacy without sacrificing ocean views. The villa’s submerged chaises, shaded loungers, and covered wet bar furnish the pool and terrace. The elevated veranda is outfitted with cushioned furnishings, ceiling fans, and mood lighting for any time of day. A changing room and restroom are available off the pool deck.

Round Rock offers full WiFi, a Sonos system, surveillance cameras, and a generator. The comfortably furnished interior includes a living room with cable TV, a fully equipped gym, and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen’s Nespresso machine, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, and iron/ironing board are tucked amongst chic slate cabinetry. Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, screens, a safe, and air-conditioning. The main house’s master suite has interior and exterior access. Each of the remaining suites has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. Two twin suites are in the main house, one is in the guest cottage, and two are in the rear building.
