Located in Building 4, this unit has been thoughtfully designed for the ultimate guest experience, offering you all the comfort and amenities you will need to make an unforgettable Southwest Florida vacation.

The 5th floor lanai has absolutely stunning side-views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a dazzling southern view of the million dollar homes along the world-famous Barefoot Beach. You won't be lacking for brilliant Florida sun during the day, and dazzling sunsets by night.

The studio floor plan boasts a beautifully updated full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to make meal preparation and dining enjoyable during your stay.

The living area includes dining for 4, a brand new Queen-size sleeper sofa, and a wall mounted screen TV, with cable package. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the new King-size bed with hotel quality linens, and fall in love with the storage provided in the over sized walk-in closet - no need to pack lightly here! The owners have provided bicycles, board games and a beach cart & beach chairs for your enjoyment!

The fully screened lanai has corner patio sofa along with a pub table and 2 chairs to overlook one of the most stunning sunsets you could ever hope to see. Sun, water, jaw-dropping homes, and lush landscaping - as far as the eye can see!

2 heated pools full sun from 1-5 pm incredible views and affordable price great vacation in Bonita Springs.Owner quickly answered questions. Didn’t know we were in building 4 so that needed to be communicated better but owner clarified the building when we questioned why code wasn’t working. It worked once we were in the correct building lol! Would stay again. Comfy bed. Lots of towels left including two for pool. Best suited for 2 adults.

We have stayed in probably 20 different VRBO‘s over the last 15 years. The small condo looked pretty much like the pictures showed on the website. Except there was a white partition that divided the living room and the bedroom. It looked like you could pull it all the way shut. That is no longer there. But it still shows in the picture. Also it shows a TV in the bedroom and there’s no TV. I like to stay up and watch TV and my husband goes to bed early. With no partition he was hard for him to sleep. I think the complex still is undergoing a lot of renovations due to the hurricane a couple years ago. I only communicated with the owner through VRBO. She would not give me her phone number. We had an issue with the TV that didn’t work half the time. The patio furniture was broken, the only seasonings in the kitchen was a salt and pepper shaker. We had 4 bath towels to use for 10 days and two washcloths for 10 days. This wouldn’t have been a problem if there was a washer and dryer in the unit. But we had to pay to do our laundry in the building next-door to ours. The condo is also on a very busy street. You could hear the street noise all night long. The pool is located behind the building. You would have sun till about 12:30 and then with the whole pool was pretty much in the shade until about 3:00pm.The condo was located, conveniently to many fun, restaurants and bars. We like that about the condo.

Good Location

Check in was very easy, we had one issue after hours, but someone was there and had the problem fixed within an hour. The location was great for walking to the beach and there were chairs and toys available to use, also, walking distance to a few restaurants. Coconut Jacks has great food. There were additional pillows in the closet, but when I looked at them they were filthy, I also did the dishes before we used them because they didn't look real clean, but the rest of the condo was clean, we could tell they are working on remodeling and it looks very nice. The pool was nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs. If we came back to this area I would stay here again.

The condo had few items that needed to be addressed and the property manager called maintenance right away for those items ( the accordion wall was not properly and the toilet was not bolted on tight). I would suggest blackout curtains to keep light out for those in the pull out couch- also the door was not sealed well from the hallway so the air conditioner was constantly running making it hard to sleep. overall the property was maintained nicely and had easy access to the beack.

Best Vacation Ever!!

I am so happy my husband and I chose this property to stay. I like things clean, and this place was clean; that is the best thing I could ask for. It was beautifully remodeled with new appliances that made cooking a breeze. The kitchen was completely stocked, you will find EVERYTHING you need. They provided beach chairs, carts, and umbrellas, and the walk to the beach was only a few short minutes; my three-year-old had no problem walking it. The owners are so amazing and will respond quickly if you ever need anything. My young children had the best time. My husband and I had the best time. The saddest day of our trip was the day we left, and we cannot wait to go back, and we will definitely stay longer.

Nice stay at Bonita Spring

We were at the Bonita Beach Tennis Club for the 4th time and the first at Estelle and Greg studio. We were attracted by the newly renovated and well decorated condo. We did like the colors chosen and the nice furniture. The bed was very confortable and the kitchen has brand new appliances. If you want to cook, Estelle provided everything you need. The only negative point are the cooking knives which need to be changed. If you like to go to the Beach, you have everything , the only missing item was an umbrella which we bought and left it at the apartment. The studio was very clean, even the bathroom which is old and need a little refreshment . Estelle respond very rapidly to any demands and was very accommodating on our last day. Great condo close to beach.

I love that the beach was a short walk across the street! The kitchen and living area appeared to be remodeled. The bathroom needs some cosmetic work. The ceiling fan didn't work which I was told is being replaced this week however that didn't help us at all. Apparently, the previous owner did not wire correctly, and this needed to be fixed. There were other fans available that we used but the bed was high from the floor, and we really didn't feel much of the breeze from the fan. I did purposely look for a condo with a ceiling fan in the bedroom when I searched before booking so that was disappointing. Closet door fell off the track the first time we opened it. Around the doorknobs in the bathroom and door going out was dirty. I know this condo was recently purchased from another owner and that I believe it is currently being worked on. Bed was very comfortable, and the unit was very clean other than around the doorknobs. Balcony furniture was very nice, and we would sit out there every evening. Unit is quiet other than the traffic outside. (It was very busy when we were there!) Beach chairs, umbrella a wagon and many toys for kids were provided to use. There were board games as well which was a nice touch. Overall nice condo, great location, great beach and we had a great time!

We're sorry, but this was an uncomfortable stay

We stayed in Bonita Beach & Tennis Club for four nights in May 0f 2019. The biggest downside is the management company, which is not revealed in the HomeAway listing. We hope that the management company is changed as that will help future guests very much. There were no toilet paper, no paper towels, no trash can liners provided, though a small box of Tide and a third-full 3 oz. bottle of Palmolive dish soap were provided. There was enough sand on the tile floors that we could hear and feel it on our shoes. The management company is to turn the A/C on the day of a guest's arrival, but that was not done, so the unit was too hot to get any sleep on the night of arrival. Even set on 60 degrees, which will cause it to freeze over, the motel-type A/C unit is not capable of adequately cooling any rooms other than the kitchen and den, which are one room. The ceiling fan did not work on our arrival. When the management company's maintenance came to repair the fan, they tripped the switch on the refrigerator/freezer, which is not installed to code, so the entire unit defrosted and we lost all of our food. Here are the positives: the bed is really comfortable, (though it's too high for a 5'2" person to climb into or get out of); the owner has provided good TV programming if you can figure out how to work it (we couldn't, but the owner made a trip to get us to the Comcast programming); the appliances are new and clean; the furniture looked new and is in very good shape; parking is plentiful and close to the buildings; the complex is not secured, but feels safe; the washer/dryer facilities are good - however are not cleaned often enough. These are the BEWARES: there is NO view at all except of tin rooftops; there is virtually no light in any room in the unit (we bought a pole lamp in order to be able to read); the bathroom is exceptionally small (no remedy as it's the construction) and is not updated in any way; the holes in the balcony screening allow access to noseeums and mosquitos; the A/C is definitely not adequate for the summertime heat, though the temp would be comfortable in the winter months. Everything considered, the situation on arrival really put the negative to our stay. Were it not for the management company's lack of attention and the mistakes made by their maintenance, our stay might have been better. While two can be comfortable in this unit, three or four would be too many. We wish the new owners very good luck!
