This spacious mountain home is situated at 3780 elevation and offers a warm welcome to last for years to come. From the ample gravel driveway for parking and treelined backyard, to the well stocked kitchen with an original Nespresso machine and Frother. And the floor to ceiling great room windows, this home will make you feel welcome!

The owner has dedicated time and thoughtful care into styling the decor throughout the home that reflects their artistic vision of a comfortable and custom experience! Each bedroom offers a mounted Smart TV. The main level has a King suite with its own fireplace, desk workstation, and deck access.

The main level has vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace in the great room, half bath down the hall, dining table and a variety of games including an arcade game table, chess/checkers table, darts, card table, and a convertible pool table. The card alcove has a twin daybed as additional sleeping space.

This fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas range, custom cabinets, drip coffeemaker, Nespresso Machine with Frother, crockpot, blender/food processor, and mini/wine fridge. All here to entertain your group!

The upper level has a Queen bedroom as well as a another bedroom that features a Queen bed with a Full bed over a Queen bunk bed. Each of these bedrooms has a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to a full bath in the hall.

There is central heating and air throughout the home as well as a laundry washer and dryer. Stay connected with the Hi-Speed internet.

Soak and unwind in the 5 person Four Winds hot tub and have a cook out using the gas grill with a variety of outdoor seating options to entertain your group. There are plenty of ways to enjoy nature at this home even in the chilliest temperatures. Warm up by the wood burning outdoor fireplace on the deck, or head out into the yard and roast marshmallows in the firepit and watch the stars overhead. We also have electric heaters outside for added warmth!

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs of 45 lbs or less with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
