We had a great stay at this condo/home. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, great beds and showers and a nice layout. We loved the street level easy in/easy out parking and the view from the deck was amazing!! A few nice perks that we haven't seen in other units were (and they are small but very thoughtful and added to the stay) snacks on the kitchen counter when we arrived, a google speaker in the kitchen that we used for music when having dinner and playing games at night, a grill on the deck which we did use, spacious rooms for our family and honestly just a really modern and comfortable place to say. Also, we had great communication with our hosts who replied to all of my text/questions promptly and effeciently! Highly recommend this home when staying in the Banner Elk/Boon area!

Hilltop Haven was the perfect girls’ getaway!The home is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the mountain views and the convenient location—just a short drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Grandfather Mountain.Some highlights we’d definitely recommend:•Linville Falls•Boone Farmers Market•Banner Elk for shopping and live music•Grandfather Mountain for the iconic swinging bridge•And of course, simply enjoying the stunning scenery and relaxing by the pool at Echota Resort.Dining was also a treat—Storie Street Grill in Blowing Rock was a standout for dinner, and Lost Province Brewing in Boone made for a great lunch spot.Our host was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Family Summer Getaway

My husband, our daughter and son, and my parents all stayed in this wonderful home for a few nights for a summer vacation. It was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The home was perfectly suited for my mother who has mobility limitations. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook all our meals there. The views from the deck and master bedroom are stunning. I enjoyed being able to use the gym so I could keep up with my workouts while away. We didn’t take the opportunity to use the pool this time but it looked beautiful and we hope to come back and use it next time. The home is conveniently located to Blowing Rock, Boone, Grandfather Mountain and Banner Elk (all places we visited during our stay). It was a lovely trip away with family.

My family recently stayed at “Hilltop Haven” in the Echota Resort community through VRBO, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication from the host.Upon arrival, the property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect for our needs, offering easy access to Beech Mountain, Boone, Banner Elk and local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the roads well maintained for winter weather. Great place!

The stay was part of a ski trip we gave our son and his family as a Christmas gift. Turns out, skiing was rather difficult for them, however, they said the highlight of their stay was the VRBO condo where they stayed. They said the Christmas decorations were beautiful and our grandsons enjoyed the Hot chocolate bar and the games the host left for them to play. The view was amazing and the location was convienient. While another ski excursion may not lie in their future, they would certainly enjoy a return trip to this beautiful mountain home.

Perfect location

Super clean accommodations. Very comfortable bedding. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Beautiful views. We had the indoor pool and hot tub all to ourselves for the most part! Would definitely stay here again.
