This is a very neat and clean place to stay. Our only suggestion is to provide visitors with a welcome type guide that lists things of interest in the area, how best to get around, etc. I also suggest providing morning coffee, for at least the first day, till we learn our way around.

The apartment is neat and tidy, very new, and SUPER clean. The couch isn't the most comfortable thing I've ever sat on, but the mattress was great. We had an issue with the power/fire alarm system when we first arrived, which was fixed the following day. Another apartment upstairs made for early morning wake-ups as we could hear the heavy footsteps quite loudly overhead.

Overall this is a cute little basement suite! The location wasn’t as ideal as I had hoped, I didn’t feel safe leaving for a walk from here and the amenities were very limited (had to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towel as we ran out after the first few days but were there a week) and had to finish laundry that was left in the dryer.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The only issue was the AC. It worked great but was on a timer and would reset during the night causing it to be very hot. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is great and was very clean. John was helpful when we had questions. The only negative we had was the parking situation. It is street parking only. When we arrived, there was a party happening nearby and street parking was tough to find for a little while. There was consistently space in the driveway for our vehicle but we were told we’re not permitted to park there. We didn’t have trouble with street parking after that first night, but it was startling when we first arrived. We could also hear people walking around on the floor above us in the quiet evenings, but that was not really problematic. We’d recommend adding a binder with some info about the place, recommended local restaurants, etc. for example, there’s a steam function in one of the showers, but operating it was not clear. And we would have loved checking out a local favorite for a meal. Overall, great stay and the place worked wonderfully for our family. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Boston

Modern and clean apartment. Beautiful decor. Large Bedrooms. Great to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer!! Communication with host was excellent. We had some questions, and he was quick to respond and answer! You will find the property exactly as described!

This property was just as listed, very clean, looks like it’s either new build or recently renovated, host was always very responsive and helpful, we didn’t have any issues If I was going to stay there again I would rent a vehicle, it was far from transit, we were exploring the city every day so just called Uber, other than that it was great

The property was lovely, my relatives were overall happy. Because it is a basement level unit the entrance way to unit must be free of all debris that can easily blow into the cove. The owner was very accommodating and helpful We are definitely keeping this property on our list for future rentals!

Great for on the go sightseeing!

Three women, above the age of 50 rented this place for five days while visiting Boston for the first time. We had a great time. It was perfect with having two bedrooms, a family room and a very roomy kitchen. Wi-Fi and streaming Internet were available. It appeared to us that it was newly renovated. Messaging with the host was always met with an immediate reply. We only had trouble with the Internet, which John came to fix immediately. The only suggestion that I had to the owner was to provide a binder to include information about keeping up the house, dining ideas, suggestions for transportation, sightseeing and restaurants.This would have made the experience more welcoming. We would rent this property again if we were to return to Boston.
