This condo is located in a small and quiet community nestled under mature trees and at the base of Boulder Creek. Just a few blocks away are the shopping and dining sites of downtown Boulder.

A bright an open newly remodeled floor plan features:

I spent a month working remotely in this wonderful VBRO. The location was amazing with easy access to quick hikes after work and walkable to restaurants and shops, the amenities were plentiful and thoughtful, and the hosts were responsive and kind.

Great place, great location

We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!

Great apartment for a short or long term stay in Boulder

We were here for a sabbatical at CU - the apartment is well set up for a long term stay -- quiet, convenient location, very well equipped kitchen, easy parking, nicely decorated, fast and reliable internet, with extras such as an additional locked storage space and a place to lock up bicycles on the outside patio. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely seek to stay again should we ever have the opportunituy to return to this lovely town.

Incredible location! Easy walk to downtown Pearl Street or walk out the front door and access miles and miles of some of the best hiking and biking trails in Boulder! The condo was very comfortable, well stocked, nicely furnished and located in a very quiet & serene complex. A brilliant experience all around!

Charming Property in a Perfect Location

Wonderfully situated, this charming property could not have been a better place to stay. Due to the pandemic, I worked from home and this quiet, serene neighborhood was the perfect location to do so. I stayed here for several months and was able to enjoy nearby Pearl street and Boulder's downtown area along with the trails that were just steps away. Stacy and Will, the property owners really made the stay. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed and they could not have been more hospitable. Highly recommend this property!

Classy, Comfortable and Convenient

This is a gem of an apartment! If you enjoy cooking and having friends or family join you, this garden apartment is for you! If you want to walk the nearby trails, stroll to the historic West End of Pearl Street, stop by the public library and browse through the adjoining art gallery, the location is ideal. Relaxing in this beautifully appointed apartment is also a total pleasure. Plus, the hosts are responsive, attentive and helpful.

Fabulous value and location

This property was very close to perfect for our stay in Boulder. The Pearl Street location is ideal and so was the price point. The property was clean and well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom basics. The complex was very quiet too. We would highly recommend this property.

Sunny and Spacious

Thanks to Stacy and Will's great sense of design and high standards of quality, their condo garden apartment is a delight! I thoroughly enjoyed my two-month stay in their sunny, spacious, well-equipped home-away-from-home. In addition, the location in the west end historic district is beautiful and conveniently located a short walk away from the Boulder Creek Trail in one direction and the upscale shops and restaurants on Pearl Street in the other direction.

Perfect Spot, Adorable, Clean Place!!!

I came to Boulder to finish a 3 week course with my sister and my 1 1/2 year old son. Being 6 months pregnant, I needed a place that was safe and close to the school and downtown. This place was fully furnished, very clean, decorated so cute and had everything that I needed. It was just a short walk to the downtown on Pearl Street where there were a ton of restaurants and shops. I could also walk to class, if I needed/wanted to. This place was perfect. The owners were very kind easy to work with. If I had to come back, I would ask to stay in this exact spot. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Boulder.

Great location and condo

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks, and we had a great time. The location is ideal, the apartment is super clean, well furnished and equipped. This was a wonderful place to stay! It was very spacious, comfortable and had all the convenience of your home away from home. In addition, it is walking distance to a dozen restaurants and shops on Pearl St. Parking is no problem. This was far superior to staying at a hotel and cost less! Great trip!!
