Wonderful location in the heart of everything amazing Boulder has to offer, but on a quiet, tranquil street. Easy walk to Restaurants, Coffee, groceries, main and east campus, 29th Street outdoor mall with lots of shops and fast casual restaurants, ,yoga, Google, public transportation: too much to mention! Or hop on the very close Boulder Creek Trail and walk or use the available city bikes to ride the quick two miles to Pearl Street Mall. Easy to access a multitude of hiking trails.
Adjacent to Scott Carpenter Park with it's 14 million dollar renovation for 2 new pools and aquatic features, new bath house and skate park.

Relax and enjoy the gas fireplace from a cozy sectional and enjoy the winter view of the flatirons out the back wall of windows.
The kitchen has all new appliances, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen with all the basics and extras like, under cabinet lighting, a high speed vitamix blender, coffee maker with built in whole bean grinder and filtered water tap in the refrigerator. The bluestone front porch is a perfect place to enjoy coffee and admire the sunrise.

In addition to seating for six at the large custom amish reclaimed barnwood island, there is a full dining room perfect for meals or games. The back patio is a restful retreat with a slice view of the iconic flatirons in summer, comfortable table with chairs and a gas grill to fully enjoy the large, private backyard.

Hybrid memory foam master king, and new mattresses in other queen bedrooms. Our completely renovated, 2 bed, 2 full bath home has everything you need for a monthly stay in complete comfort.

All linens and towels supplied. Just bring your personal items.

Absolutely Incredible/Perfect Stay!!

The house is AMAZING! We stayed for two months and it was a perfect location for our family of four. We have two small boys and the house is right next door to Scott Carpenter Park and Pool. We went there all the time! But also near 29th street mall, Target, several grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to Pearl Street. The back yard is HUGE. we really couldn’t have asked for anything more! Diane is an incredible host, very attentive, warm and communicative. She always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We really had an incredible summer!!

Perfect retreat in Boulder

Diane’s home is exactly as depicted in the photos. Updated and very comfortable. Diane could not have been a better host. She responded immediately to any concerns and immediately took action to resolve them. The location couldn’t be any better within walking distance if shopping and dining. The bonus: beautiful views of the flatirons. We were totally satisfied at this lovely home during our stay in Boulder.

The majestic Rocky Mountains

Absolutely perfect. I found everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was so clean and organized. Anyone who stays with Diane will overjoyed with the house, neighbourhood. Boulder is a bustling collage town with many places to visit and see. The place is alive with all kinds of shops and restaurant, most within walking distance from the house. Try it out you won’t be disappointed.

The perfect vacation rental

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience at this property was . My husband and I and our 2 young children stayed at Diane’s house for 7 weeks this summer. The property is close to everything Boulder has to offer. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Diane was available very promptly for any questions we had and was extremely responsive. I would definitely love to return next time I’m in Boulder.

Fantastic Home away from Home

We booked this property to stay for 6 weeks to be close to our son who is in his final year of University in Boulder. It was the PERFECT home away from home - beautifully renovated with all the amenities and appliances that we needed. The home was well stocked with supplies for the bathroom and kitchen for a long stay. I was able to work from home easily given the space in the rooms and also entertain our family as there was literally nothing that we needed that the home did not provide. It was an excellent choice for us and we are booked again to return for our son's graduation!!

Boulder visit

We had a delightful stay in Boulder. The home was lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The location was ideal-close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed daily walks at a close by park and each night sitting by the fireplace-very cozy! I would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Paradise

The house is located in a small, quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and hiking. There is easy access north, south, east and west to multiple activities, from people watching on Pearl Street Mall to hiking the numerous trails in the area to renting bikes for a quick spin through town. The house has plenty of towels, plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. reflecting the owner’s attention to the needs of long-term renters. The recent remodeling of landscaping, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, etc. provided an excellent base camp for our month-long adventure. Even sitting outside on the patio and staring at the timeless beauty of the Flatirons was a peaceful delight. The owner was very responsive to any questions and was a wonderful host. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
