This chic stone house has been rebuilt with special attention to decor, making it a rare find in the whole Dubrovnik area, offering a fusion of tradition incorporating all requirements of modern times. The 130m2 spacious residence and a 150m2 size terrace with pool are completely for your private use.
The terrace in front of the house is the central spot for socializing. It includes a 24m2 private pool with sunbeds, sun-umbrellas and a Jacuzzi, nestled below a pine tree and grapevine, surrounded by palm trees, flowers and other various plants. An extra bathroom with shower is also available in this area. A small lounge area, with wooden table and chairs, is positioned on the western part of the terrace, below the grapevine. The covered pavilion is placed on the eastern part of the terrace including a dining table with chairs and an electric BBQ. The terrace is a great place to have evening drinks and for enjoying the sunset. Sitting back on a sunbed and appreciating the beautiful view to the sea, nearby islands and the Zupa bay, while absorbing the calm of the nature surrounding the property is a great value & treasure.
The ground floor consists of a shabby chic style kitchen (fully equipped with dish washer, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), bright dining area, living room with a preserved stone wall, as well as a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The colorful living room features a sofa (can be used to accommodate 2 extra persons) & flat screen smart TV with satellite receiver. Due to the design, this area is also a great place to enjoy a family dinner.
The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, two of which with a double bed and one with two single beds which can be placed together to form a double. All the bedrooms have wonderful sea views and are decorated in bright colors, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. An additional bathroom with shower is placed at the end of this floor. All rooms in the residence are air-conditioned, ensuring cool temperatures during the hot summer days.
WI-FI is available at no extra cost, as well as parking on the premises.

Due to the location of the house, it is recommended to have a vehicle, especially for persons with small children or persons with walking difficulties, as the walk to Mlini center takes approx. 10 minutes downhill.
Private transfers from/to the Dubrovnik airport can be arranged with a surcharge.
Mlini is a charming, sea side town placed in the Zupa bay, about 10km east of Dubrovnik. Mlini used to be a small fishermen village and now-days it is one of the favorite destinations for travelers who wish to avoid the hustle in Dubrovnik and rather enjoy a holiday in a smaller place with easy access to the city of Dubrovnik.
Charming little restaurants, bistros and bars can be found all around the Zupa bay, as well as various types beaches (pebble, rock and concrete). Sunbeds and sun-umbrellas can be rented on most of the beaches.
Post office, bank and Sub City shopping mall are located about 2km from the property in the area called Srebreno. A small grocery shop and bakeries are located about 1,5km from the property.
Children playgrounds are nestled below pine trees in the park in Mlini, as well as an open-air gym. This area also offers various kinds of water sports, for those who wish to enjoy in a more active holiday (diving, kayaking, tubes, water skiing, wake boards, etc.). We recommend taking a boat transfer from Mlini harbor to Dubrovnik old city running several times a day during the summer season, as a great alternative to driving or using the bus.
The local bus stop is located approx. 10 minutes walking from the property.
Buses run to Dubrovnik on one side and to Cavtat on the other side. A bus ticket costs 18Hrk in one direction. Dubrovnik airport is located about 10km east and it is easy to access via shuttle bus or car.
