this house is a gem. it is new with modern furnishings, with a cozy, warm feeling. beautiful pool and jaccuzi with completely fenced in yard that is very private. you really have no idea where you are because you cannot see beyond the fence with the lush trees and bushes. the kitchen has everything as far as appliances, dishes, pots and pans, there is a huge laundry room with brand new washer/dryer. there are tons of supplies for the beach, chairs, coolers, etc. it really has everything that you want. i would have liked to be told the street is completely under construction. i think they are putting in new pipes (not sure what they are for) down the entire block. the street is a dirt road right now. also, although this house is very close to the beach, it is very close to a busy road so you definitely need a car to get to the beach and all the good restaurants. despite that, it is super easy to get in and out. lastly, it is pet friendly with coverings on the couch and the fenced in yard with the artificial turf grass is super easy for the dog! we will be revisiting this property!
