With its bright and airy interiors, beachy décor, and proximity to all the island's top attractions, you'll feel like a local in no time. You have access to miles of pristine white sand beaches just steps away, you'll have easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Whether you're here to soak up the sun, explore the island, or simply relax and unwind, our beachside condo is the perfect destination for your Anna Maria Island vacation!

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This townhome participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

*Please note: Two parking passes will be provided for your stay in the condo and must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid being towed. Please leave the pass IN THE CONDO when you leave. Failure to return the pass will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.

Wierd lay out but works for two people. No oven on site as stated on the site. Great location and less than a minute from the beach.

Cozy Condo

The condo is small and not a one-bedroom condo as listed. I would consider it as a studio condo since living, cooking and sleeping is all in one room. Since the weather was nice, we spent most of our time at the beach, exploring A.M.I., and dining out.The condo could be more welcoming with some attention to details. Only one side of the couch reclines and is not comfortable for two or more people. The kitchen utensils could be stocked better than with 4 mismatched spoons and one wine glass. The shower leaks after one's shower since there is no caulk where the glass meets the floor.In all, the condo was acceptable for the location to the beach and price; however, there was no beach view.

Great condo unit

This was a fun little condo! I thought it might be a little odd with the Murphy bed in the kitchen but it worked perfectly for what we were looking for. Very comfortable and cozy for two occupants. Property management was very good. Place was clean and had all the basic amenities including linens. Although another condo complex blocks the view to the beach, it was incredibly accessible. Beach chairs are on the beach or there’s some in the closet.

I loved that it was steps away from the beach. I do have to mention the peep hole on the front door of condo is reversed?!? Would not have known this if it wasn’t for my college age daughter checking the area around the condo and noticed anyone could look into the room from the outside through the peep hole. It was covered on both sides during the stay. This needs to be corrected immediately. Other than that the stay was great!

Beautiful Location

The location of the property is wonderful, right on the beach. The condo is nice, although a murphy bed (the mattress is very comfy) in the kitchen is different. The price listing is deceptive so make sure you check all prices and fee's. Everything else is great! The pool is lovely and the condo has nice amenities! They had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler in the closet! We had an excellent stay!

Steps from the sand...and from the trolley. The trolley will take you from one end to the other on the island. Great little condo with all the necessities you need for an enjoyable beach trip. 💛

The listing states it’s a one bedroom. We didn’t look CLOSELY at the pictures. Didn’t expect to pay this kind of money for a Murphy bed

. Absolutely expected a nice bedroom for this price. Tub didn’t drain when showering ( stood in ankle deep water). Thank goodness my husband is a licensed plumber and was able to make it drain some what better. The couch sucked


so was unable to watch TV after sunsets etc.
