You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks to direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground. This home is super clean, features a screened porch, bar-b-que grill, beach chairs and shady covered parking! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the trolley to ride the full length of the island. About 20 minutes to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.
