If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!

Couple of issues when we first got there, but once the host found out about it, she resolved it very quickly and was very responsive. Great location this time of year the traffic to get on the beach was horrendous so you have to plan accordingly to beat the traffic overall great little place close to the beach beaches and for the price absolutely worth it! We hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay. Nice accommodations suitable for our needs. Clean. Modern. Close to Santa Maria Island and the beach! Found a couple of great restaurants close by. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Reasonably priced.

Amenities, the couch needs to be replaced painful to sit on, the gas grill did not work, warm water never got hot, a pancake griddle is not a 2 burner hot plate. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the outside area was a plus.

Very easy check-in, great location. It was very clean and much larger than we expected! The screened porch was very nice also! The only down was that the pullout couch was not comfortable at all. But everything else exceeded our expectations!

The property was perfect for us. We visited familh over Christmas week and there is a great privacy backyard area and screened in sunroom. I had 2 dogs and it was great for them as well. There is a small beach area at the end of the block and Santa Maria Island is about 6 miles away. Great location and great food nearby

My husband and I stayed 5 nights and there is nothing bad I have to say. From the hospitality, to the location, to the prompt response of the owners was amazing. We were within 5 to 10 minutes from Cortez and coquina beach without the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and downtown. We were very impressed!!
