Super clean house and great communication with host. Kitchen is well stocked and heated pool was amazing on a cooler March day. Location is also great to explore a large area. Would recommend.

The property was beautiful, just wished the outdoor furniture was in better shape. The pool was heated as noted and was great. Host was very responsive when trying to contact. Because the house was so nice I would have liked to see updated dishes, drinkware, and cookware, especially utensils. I would also expect to see basic spices in the cabinet. Some items needed to be filled, like bodywash, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods. Some of the items could be found in a back cabinet. I would recommend this property if the noted items were updated and more recent pictures were taken.

Lovely pool home with lots of amenities. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and there was lots of space for the three of us. Nice area, plenty of shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. The host was quick to respond. Nice quiet neighborhood.

During my extended time in Bradenton, I stayed at two different places prior to finding the Sunshine Serenity house. To make a long story short, I was grateful to find this one. This is a very nice stay in a quiet neighborhood! The beds are very comfortable. The Host is so nice and gets back to you immediately about anything. To top the cake, the pool in the backyard is amazing and heated! Plenty of pool chairs and also a fire pit with a few chairs around. If the Sunshine Serenity house is available when I come back, I will definitely be rebooking!!
