I will start by saying-this is NOT a big chain hotel, and does not have a 24 hour lobby. They will not allow early check in, and check in time is at 3pm. The lobby is closed from 10pm-7am. Overall, the experience I had was unpleasant, and I will not be returning. There are so many options in Branson, I don't feel like you really have to give any one place a second chance. The night staff did what he could to make things better, but it was not what I expected, nor what I would have preferred. If you're looking for a place to stay with the bare necessities, and do not need a lot of options for breakfast, this is your place. Otherwise, keep looking!

It was quite. This place is Old, needs upgrade. Everything! No amenities, no Ice. No one cleaning rooms.

Nightmare stay

Do not stay here! Sheets had hair in them, coffee pot in room covered in toothpaste, shower full of hair, towels stained brown, 1 spider came out of drain 1 the size of half dollar in bathroom. Son got bit by something on arm 3 times. Breakfast was awful. Nothing but cereal, light bread and gravy. Another guest asked for more biscuits she brings them out and tells them to heat them up in the microwave they was straight out of the fridge. Chairs in room and breakfast room was so nasty I hated to sit in them.

The toilet was clogged. The refrigerator leaked. And there was a DIRTY WASHCLOTH LEFT IN THE SHOWER. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLAXE.

We were on our honeymoon and the room we got was supposed to have a microwave and a jacuzzi tub. No microwave. Jacuzzi tub was broken. Pool wasn’t filled. Barely any breakfast. We asked if we could switch rooms and they wouldn’t let us. No vending machine to be found either. After saying there was one.

check in fine, in 5 night stay, maid service never cleaned room. had to go to office for towels and toilet paper. carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced - feet would be black after walking around without shoes. tv was older crt type tv, remote would not turn tv on or off. I don't mind maid service every other day or every 3rd day, but it is not acceptable to not have service at all. will be traveling back to branson this fall, will not be staying at this hotel.

We asked for a room on the backside and they told us that they were booked up and we were getting the last room they had and it was near the highway and it was loud and it had a jacuzzi in it but it had a out of order on it and it was falling apart.

Good clean place to go if you just want a night st

the hotel was clean but it ever tires on are my site that there was a pool and when I asked about the pool they said the pool was down for the last 2 months being fixed and then whenever I asked about ice they said sorry it's in the middle but there's no ice of the hay won't be any ice for 2 hours which is was 830 at night and they said that somebody used it and took it in there coolers and filled them up and left so then I didn't get no ice for my drinks that I wanted to drink before I went to bed.and the beds were were flimsy so I have both of us had back problems so it made our backs hurt.

Dirty, disgusting and nothing was as advertised! Pool was closed , full of brown water. Breakfast was literally watered down. So bad we were afraid to eat. Sheets were dingy, stained and thin, no toilet paper or Kleenex in check in ! Carpet from 20-30 years ago and so dirty! No daily room service! Almost no one spoke English! Refused a refund ! I could go on and On and On ! The worst motel I have ever , ever stayed in !

Run like heck from this place!

Checked in and the desk clerk told me the room we were in had a hot tub but it was out of order. I didn’t pay for it so I thought no big deal. However, they must have been working on the plumbing because they left the side exposed. Also, the front of the sink and vanity was coming off. It looked like they tried to Superglue it and it was coming off. Finally, this property does not provide daily housekeeping. I was shocked! You could tell they didn’t spend a lot of time when they clean in between guests. The area behind the night stands were filthy. If we had paid more than $40 a night for the room, we would have asked for a refund. Had Branson not been so busy we may have done that anyway. We will NEVER stay here again.

looked nice on the outside but the room was very old, inside door had paint pealing, shower curtain had mold on it, dresser in room was broken, towel rack was pulling off the wall, bathtub was leaking, sink had cracks in it, carpet was very stained and not clean behind the bed, bathroom walls were stained, towels and washcloths were stained, room was quiet which was a plus, outside hallways steps, etc were dirty and smelled needs some serious updateing could not find another place ato stay because of no vacancies everywhere

The location was good. Grounds were clean and neat. Parking was okay. Lobby was neat and inviting. Our room was nice on first impression, but the carpet was old and very dirty. The shower curtain had mold on it. Couldn’t see it until you get in the shower and pull the curtain shut.

The room was semi clean. There was something on the wall and door in the bathroom. The spa was broken and the site shows an outdoor pool and there wasn’t one. We were there 2 nights, the room never was cleaned and we had to go request for more toilet paper and towels. We will never stay there again!!!

Don’t stay here!!

Don’t go here!! The rooms stunk like pea, the shower curtain had mold all over it. There was still trash behind the bathroom door on the floor. The people that own it run around the place all hours of the night screaming and yelling. The outdoor pool was broke and has been for months is what I was told.
