The breakfast was horrible. When I see a hotel offer a breakfast I expect to sit down in a room to have a breakfast, not what was offered standing up to a window and offering a very substandard breakfast burrito...yuck.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The only thing in the room that appeared clean were the bedsheets. Everything else ranged from poorly maintained to outright disgusting. The tub and shower were filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. The bathroom floor had sand and debris, and it felt like it hadn’t been swept in weeks—there was even a noticeable draft or breeze coming through the room. It gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority at all. It also looks like there was a half-hearted attempt to “refresh” the unit, but the execution was extremely poor. Drywall screws were used on bathroom fixtures, which is completely unacceptable. The toilet seat/ring was oversized—larger than the toilet itself—making it uncomfortable and awkward to sit on. These are not minor cosmetic issues; they reflect careless construction and lack of attention to basic standards. Overall, the workmanship, cleanliness, and condition of the room were very poor. Several areas were simply disgusting, and the room did not feel well-maintained or cared for. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both cleanliness and quality control.

Disappointing. The website described this as a conference centre and implied reliable Wifi. The Wifi I really needed for my 2 night stay did not work at all the first night and when I complained they just said it was showing "all systems go" at their end. When I looked into it further the next day it was clear this wasn't the first time it's been problematic - a router problem. They allowed me to move closer to the main building and it worked for about an hour on my phone but not my laptop,and then stopped connecting entirely. They never acknowledged that this was an inconvenience and never apologized. It clearly says laptop compatible safe on the room description and this was a factor in choosing the hotel - there was no safe. It says there is soundproofing - I doubt that. The first room (king) had no plug in either the sink or bathtub where I wanted to wash a few small things but couldn't. Very few electrical outlets required unplugging lights to plug in chargers. There were only two small pillows. The second room (2 queen) was nicer. Both were clean. Buffet breakfast consisted of an egg burrito or an apple or packaged muffin. The tea was awful, I can only guess was very, very old. Parking was convenient. The pool looked OK but I didn't use it. The hot tub wasn't very hot when I tested it. The bed was comfortable. I would have been less disappointed if the website had been accurate in their description.
