Summary: Welcome to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gold Creek Condo located at the intersection of Main Street and French Street in the heart of Breckenridge! The gondola is a block away and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street and Ridge Street are within walking distance. The condo is perfect for small groups and families looking to stay in one of the best locations in Breckenridge!
The Space: This condo comfortably sleeps four people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV (with cable and streaming services), and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. There is a desk and closet in the master bedroom as well. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and flat-screen TV (with cable). The second bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway with a shower/tub. Each bedroom is stocked with a humidifier, iron, and box fan. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there are two seats for the breakfast bar. The kitchen table has seating for four. The family room has a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV (with cable and streaming services), and an electric fireplace.
The Gold Creek Condominium building has been recently renovated and has an amazing location and this unit includes a parking pass for two vehicles. Please note, the parking lot is small however we can guarantee one spot for a large vehicle or two spots for small ones. We strongly recommend taking a shuttle service to Breckenridge and not bringing a car. Everything is within walking distance from this condo. The gondola is a block away and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are within walking distance. City Market (the largest grocery store in Breckenridge) is two blocks away. This condo is ideal for couples, friends, and small families looking to stay in an amazing location with convenient access to everything Breckenridge has to offer!

The Neighborhood: The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and food in addition to the attractions on Main Street and the Gondola.
Getting Around: Uber is available in town. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with a stop for the Main Street Trolley route a block from the condo at the Red, White and Blue Fire Station. But, you may just decide to walk everywhere!
Other Things to Note: Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
Overall the condo was good. Great location convenient to Main Street and the gondola. Place was clean and well supplied. The only issue with the place was the mattressâs in both bedrooms were terrible. The king bed sunk on the middle and was extremely loud when anyone moved. All of the adults in the party woke up sore each day. Sad that they were that bad because everything else was great. If beds were updated I would stay here again without question.
Great location, very cozy place! Walkable to gondola and town, tons of restaurants, shops, coffee within easy walking distance. Parking space is a huge bonus. My only complaint is the beds and sheets were not very comfortable - would recommend upgrading to new mattresses and decent linens. Would still stay here again for the convenience of the condo but might be worth investing in new beds.
We had a great experience here, very clean, plenty of room for 2 couples, hot water in the showers, large beds, humidifier and a fan were very helpful. Easy to find although there had been so much snow the parking space was not well marked. Easy walk to the gondola, perfect location on Main Street. Keypad entry was easy for check in and check out. Owners were relatively quick to respond on the HomeAway app to any questions.
