Looking for a condo that’s close to the lifts and a short stroll from Breck’s Main Street? You’ve found it! Plus, you can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to it. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. This is a place you and your family and friends will love!

Park Place Deer Camp Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight — and with two “suite” bedrooms with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a river-rock gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all the gear you’ll need to make memorable mountain meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. There’s also a private balcony for relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to whisk you around town as well as to the slopes! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle.

Right across the street from the river and bridge leading to downtown. The unit had great supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Clean and easy check in.

Nice location, but needs updating and cleaning

Property wasn't completely clean, as there was some old food on the carpet and there were a lot of chipped paints spots in all rooms. The bedroom window blinds didn't work and couldn't be opened. The rooms had no overhead lights and lamps were difficult to figure out which switches were connected. Floor above was extremely loud and was creaky all day and night from every room and it didn't matter who was staying above.Location and parking were great and the management company was very easy to get in touch with.The internet was hard to get connected to and didn't work for first couple hours. Also, TV remotes for each room were hard to figure out.

Great location

Great location! Wonderful communication and all questions were answered promptly. One problem was that we assumed there was a working washer and dryer. However, the dryer was broken and we had to bring our clothes to a local laundromat. The property manager was quick to check on the situation but had to order a part for the dryer that wouldn’t arrive while we were there.

Great location, could use some updates.

Location is excellent, overall space was as expected. Unit was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Our main problem was we never had enough hot water for showers. Called it in since day 1 and they sent somebody to check it 3 days after, which was very disappointing. The blinds in master bedroom need to be replaced. The light from the halls comes directly in the bedroom.

Unit was clean and accessible. The location was excellent. There were a couple of glitches. One of the doors was falling off. The management company was prompt and the repair was made promptly. We had difficulty with the coffee maker, and after several exchanges with the management company, finally learned that the machine was not provided by the management company so was not replaceable. All in all, the stay was very nice.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and good layout for the four of us. Condo was very clean, well-equipped with a full kitchen, and in a great location - easy access to downtown and gondola. Summit Rentals was great about communicating before our arrival and checked in on us throughout our stay via text. Highly recommended!

Good rental with a great location

The unit was nice, and the location was great. Close to skiing and walking distance to downtown. The carpet was kind of dirty and there were some greasy/dirty dishes when we arrived but overall the stay was very good. We would stay here again.
