Summary:

MOUNTAIN SIDE RETREAT - Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath stand alone home sleeps 10. This incredibly convenient mountain side ski in home sits in the heart of Breckenridge just two blocks from Main Street and on the bus route for easy access to the base of Peak 7, 8, or 9 and on bus route for easy access to all summit county ski areas. This warm and inviting space is tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. The great room has vaulted ceilings with natural beams and large picture windows which create a light and bright environment with all of the warmth you would expect in a mountain property. It the perfect place to relax after an active day in Breckenridge.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed, attached full size bath - one floor up from main level; Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with bath right next to the room - this room is a half floor up from main level; Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2-3): queen/twin bunk with bath right next to the room - this bedroom sits one floor down from main level; Extra Sleeping (sleeps 4): Convertible, futon sleeper in the living room (sleeps 1-2) - on the main level; Convertible/futon sleeper style bed in lounge/extra TV room area - on lower level (sleeps 1-2). Pack n' play

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was extremely responsive leading up to our trip and provided all sorts of helpful information. The location of the house is ideal to both skiing and the town. The shuttle to the top of the mountain is located directly across the street from the house and comes about every 20 minutes. The house was well maintained and the garage was a bonus to store all the gear. Would certainly recommend!

The house was spacious, very well equipped and in a great position for accessing the slopes and the town. The views of snow covered trees was lovely, the beds were comfy and downstairs with its own livingroom was perfect for the 7+ 10 year old. There was lots of the necessaries like dishwashing tablets, tissues, and towels etc. The provider was exceptional with a few hiccups sorted out quickly and without fuss.

This Place Is Great

This was perfect for us. Two of the bedrooms are perfect for couples and the third bedroom (with the bunk bed) is great for kids - the tv room downstairs is good for kids to have their own place to hang out. The kitchen and dining room easily accommodated us. In addition to the house being great, the proximity of the house to Main Street was exactly what we were looking for. it was quick and easy walk from the house to Main and Lincoln.

The location was GREAT! Easy walk to main street, ski-in at end the of day and quick walk to+ ski-out in the mornings. We had young kids that loved to play in the snow in the afternoons so having some yard space was really nice. Enjoyed the hot tub too! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of bathroom linens were provided. A few extra blankets for living room lounging would been a great addition. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect walk to Main Street

Perfect location. We walked to everything in Breck and never had to worry about parking. Walking to the gondolas even gets you up to peak 8 so again, no driving. We really only showered and slept at the house with all the day activities. The beds were comfy, house clean, and kids enjoyed the hot tub. Basically two master suites which we didn’t need but was nice. Would rent again.

Perfect ski trip!

This was the perfect place to stay for our ski trip! It is an easy walk to the bus stop to catch a bus that takes you right to the slopes. At the end of the day you can ski down the street off the 4 o'clock run right to the house, or take a short walk down a small path through the woods. This is probably the most well appointed rental that we have ever stayed...plenty of toiletries, paper products and cleaning products for our 5 day stay. The house was also super clean when we arrived. We hope to return!

Christmas 2021

Great location. Easy walk to town and a few steps to the shuttle ride up the mountain. We were 7 adults. Cozy yet plenty of room for private time. We were impressed with cooking utensils including a wide variety of pot and pans for Christmas dinner. Hot tub was great as was the outdoor grill. The main and secondary bedrooms were big and roomy. Overall very clean. Main bedroom could use an overhead light. The downstairs bedroom was cramped with little storage, tiny closet only. The Downstairs was extremely hot and the vent blows directly onto the top bunk. Probably not an issue in the summer. The extra sleeping was not as described. It was not a pullout queen couch it was a futon for one adult. Also the full size bed in the downstairs lounge area was a “puzzle” couch to reconfigure into a bed. The staff that came out to fix the fireplace and clean the hot tub were exceptional.

This property will exceed your expectations! We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. This home is in the perfect location—we could easily walk to town and the gondola. Great House in the Heart of Breckenridge

We loved this house. It was very accommodating for our group. The downstairs was perfect for all the kids to stay and hang out. The location is convenient to everything and the house is well stocked with anything you might need. Fonda was wonderful to deal with and super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A group of friends stayed here for a ski trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is right by a bus pick up spot and a short walk at the end of the day from the 4 o’clock run. The home was beautiful and lacked nothing (except maybe a pizza cutter!)
