My room is comfortable. The hotel is quiet and perfect for some peace after working all day. The general manager is extremely helpful and nice. I am so glad we gave this place a chance because it far more than old reviews. I love this place and would recommend it to friends and family. Don't listen to older reviews give it a shot. The general manager is new and he's doing great.

The clerk was friendly but we looked at the room and decided to not show up even we paid for it. My wife said no way so we made other arrangements. They said they were redoing rooms so hopefully it will get better. If you are not picky, I am sure it would work.

In my opinion this motel is not good. Place is worn down looking. Room smelled. The carpet was old and gross . The whole place has a very depressing vibe and feel. It has a cool sounding name and is outside Frankenmuth but that’s it. Would not book again. The price is not worth the stay.

Yes the room I paid for wasn’t available so they put me and my wife in a room with 2 full size beds and we have to sleep separately not what I paid for. When I came to check in I had to wait over an hour before they came to the front desk made me wait again before I could get in my room they were putting us in because the room I reserved had bedbugs. Will Never come to this place again we are using the shower and going somewhere else for the night.

I didn’t end up staying because the room was reeking of smoke and the adjacent neighbors were noisy. The manager(s) guy and girl we’re trying to be accommodating but ultimately understood that I desired a refund and would book at another hotel which I did; so this is not a reflection on them but OXO hotel and customer service has been absolutely one of the worst to deal with and I have yet to see my refund. I called a week ago and they were going to review and escalate my concern as I did not stay there and had yet to see my refund. She said I should expect an email but I never received. Then I called back today to a very rude woman which cut me off when I was trying to confirm numbers and relay information back to her and she ultimately disconnected or hung up on me. I got through with another gentleman that told me my refund was DENIED which I told him that that’s completely uncalled for and the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with since I didn’t stay in the room at all and had been promised a refund. I still feel like I’m getting the run around as I asked him next steps and he once again said that I’d be getting an email and I asked him to confirm the email he had since that’s what they mentioned last time. There was some language barrier theory so I didn’t hear his exact response but then he asked for my email (so I’m glad I persisted). Utilizing this to get someone’s attention to help resolve this issue, and warn everyone to stay away.

Staff was very kind. Room smelled clean and looked clean. Bathroom was a little small, but it was a good place to stay when our first hotel ended up being too horrible to stay at! Very thankful for the kindness of the managers!

Couldn’t view room at check in. Told people were still in room after 3pm for 11am check out and police were on the way. When we got back late, floor dirty not vacuumed! Plugs not working on one side of bed. Bedding had lint all over and appear clean but stains on sheets. Sheets didn’t fit bed correctly and blanket just gross looking. Looked worse than the pictures. Mirror in main area was smeared with something. Sink plug didn’t work in bathroom and had to remove to use sink.

This is a relatively clean property but very dated. Most everything needs updating. Individual who checked me in and assisted with getting the TV and Internet working was very polite and helpful.
