đ Guest Verification & Deposit
To ensure the safety and comfort of all parties, guest verification and a security deposit (or damage waiver) are required:
âą ID Verification: After booking, youâll receive a link to complete a quick identity verification through our secure online portal (photo ID and selfie). Your information is handled securely and used only for verification.
âą Security deposit / Damage waiver: Choose either a refundable ÂŁ250 security deposit (card hold released within 7 days after your stay if no damage is reported) or a small, non-refundable damage-waiver fee that covers accidental damage up to a set limit. Full instructions are provided after booking.
âą 72-hour window: These steps must be completed at least 3 days before check-in, or the reservation may be cancelled for security reasons (weâll send reminders to avoid any issues).
âą Why we require this: Professional screening and damage protection help keep the home safe and provide peace of mind for everyone.
