Welcome to Wilson Studio, a fantastic detached studio apartment ideal for a professional or couple seeking a peaceful stay with easy access to Brighton and the South Downs.
Inside, you'll find a cozy double bed, a comfortable seating area, and a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, and thereâs a convenient foldaway table with chairs for dining or remote work. Ample storage is provided with a tall wardrobe, while a wall-mounted Smart TV on an adjustable bracket lets you enjoy your favorite shows from the bed or seating area.

Brighton Marina and Kemptown and town a short walk away and Brighton Racecourse is at top of the road.
You are 2 doors away from the bus stop where you can jump on a number 21, or a few minutes from the number 1 bus stop which will take you quickly and easily into the centre of Brighton.
At the bottom of the road is a Co-Op and a pharmacy, and Asda at Brighton Marina is just over one mile away.
