Great place

Great place for a family to enjoy the quietness of the Cevenes National park. You can either stay at the hotel and do all the activities they have. you can't get bored, or you can use it as a base to drive around the park. The people at the property are very very nice and helpful. They offered us several places to visit that were wonderful.

Convenient accommodation near Brissac

The Park & Suite is a convenient and clean accommodation with extensive facilities : swimming pool and karting tracks. It is modern and convenient even though it does not have the rustic charm of many of the surrounding villages

Great service, somewhat out of the way

The people working at this hotel provided the best service we had on our entire France trip! The hotel is connected to a restaurant and go-karting track, and all three seem to operate more or less together as a single unit. The hotel is quite new (only open for a few months, I think), and the rooms are very modern, spacious, very clean, and have all amenities included. Unlike other hotels, the free internet actually works reliably here. Pots and pans and utensils are included in the kitchen. The restaurant makes quite decent food. The reception staff spoke very good English. The only minor thing about this hotel is how far away it is from civilization. If you're into cities, this is not the place to stay, but it's perfectly located among a large number of natural attractions in the area-gorges, kayaking, hiking, etc.-and would be a perfect place to stay for an outdoor excursion in France.

J'ai aimé l'accueil exceptionnel et le cadre idyllique, le petit-déjeuner proposé avec de bons produits. Il faudrait faire des petits travaux de rafraîchissement (prévoir des meubles de rangement pour les séjours longue durée et des rideaux dans les chambres s'il vous plaît)

Plutôt bon séjour. Le personnel de l’établissement est très accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute. Les recommandations sur la région ont été très appréciées. Le prêt de matériel et l’accès libre au mini golf, aux tables de ping-pong, au terrain de pétanque et à la piscine sont des points positifs. En revanche, bien que le lieu se trouve dans un endroit qui semble retiré et très calme, le karting qui est implanté à quelques mètres des logements est fortement dérangeant. Nous étions venus principalement pour le calme du lieu et avons été embêtés par les bruits de moteurs des karts ou motos, notamment au réveil. De plus, le lieu n’a pas l’air entièrement terminé et l’intérieur des logements est très impersonnel et peu chaleureux. Le manque d’intimité, sur les terrasses notamment, nous a aussi gêné. Il vaudrait le coup d’installer des haies afin d’avoir l’impression d’être vraiment chez soi. Enfin, la propreté de notre logement lorsque nous sommes arrivés laissait quelque peu à désirer, le confort était globalement très sommaire et nous avons eu beaucoup d’odeurs d’égouts dans tout le logement. Personnellement, je recommanderais ce lieu pour un séjour de quelques jours mais pas plus.

Le logement avec petite cuisine et climatisation était au top. Le lit bébé et la chaise haute étaient déjà en place dès notre arrivée. Les équipements de loisirs, très agréables et appréciés : table de ping-pong, grande piscine, mini golf, salle de sport ,terrain de pétanque et aussi prêt de jeux de société. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir les environs : grottes des demoiselles, grotte de clamouse, mont aigoual, cirque de Navacelle, village médiéval de Laroque et bien d'autres choses. Mais surtout Thomas et Fabien sont juste exceptionnels !!! Ils sont de très bons conseil autant pour les visites que pour les restaurants à tester, ils se plient en quatre pour rendre votre sejour le plus agréable possible et bien au au delà de ça, nous avons eu des soucis avec notre voiture, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé et se sont souciés spontanément de l'évolution des choses... Cette gentillesse et cette bienveillance ont illuminé notre séjour, encore MERCI à eux ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
