Nice Location & Layout

The location is really great for getting anywhere in Brookings quickly. We enjoyed staying in such a nice quiet neighborhood. The home has a nice layout with all the bedrooms towards the back.

This was a perfect home for our stay. We came from Colorado to visit our daughter who is going to SDSU. It was so close to campus, grocery store and places to eat. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Molly was so accommodating and communicated very well.

This was a last minute booking when traveling. It was seemless and smooth to get checked in. Nice central location and able to visit with family in the area in a comfortable setting...ie not a hotel!

Quirky but great

This home was really great for our family of five. It was a great location - close to everything and had all we needed to relax and enjoy Brookings. The layout is interesting but there is plenty of space and the backyard is a big bonus. Check-in was a breeze as well.

Cozy and quiet!

Two of my coworkers and I stayed here for an event. The whole process was smooth and easy- I had multiple questions which the host was quick to answer :) the house itself was very charming. We appreciated the comfort of the space, including the backyard.
