The Space:

We welcome pets! This comfy cottage is located in a quiet community, offering privacy and a fully fenced yard. It’s a short 25-minute drive to our beautiful islands, and is centrally located in Brunswick, close to shopping and restaurants, and is a short commute for those at FLETC and the hospital.



The master has an ensuite bathroom and a king bed. The guest rooms include one Queen bed and a Trundle bed that will sleep 2 people. Each bathroom contains a shower/tub combo.



There is a 1-car garage and a firepit in the backyard.



There are smart TVs located throughout the home for streaming your favorite shows. There is also high speed wireless internet.



Note:



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $190 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
