Great place. Teen kids were entertained. Cowboy pool is very warm due to metal trough but would probably feel good at night. Make sure and bring your own bath soap and shampoo. There were two trial size shampoos but would only be enough for one person and one shower. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again :)

We booked this house to attend the Games of Texas with our track team and hosted several kids—some with asthma. Upon arrival, we discovered a mold-covered bathroom vent. Although the host agreed to send a cleaning crew the next day, we treated it ourselves after getting permission, since waiting wasn’t an option.Things only got worse. The second night, there was no hot water. Eight out of ten guests were forced to take cold showers. A handyman arrived Saturday morning and temporarily fixed the pilot light, but by Saturday night, the issue returned. My husband relit it, but Sunday morning—our departure day—we had no hot water again. We were told someone would come Monday
after we’d already left.This stay was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The house looked much nicer in photos than in reality. The “pool” is barely larger than a hot tub. There are no TVs in the rooms, making it a poor choice for a group stay. We’ll be returning to Bryan next year for the Games, but we won’t even consider this property—or this host—again.
