Good property, but lacks customer service

Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation.

友人4人でひとつの部屋を借りて宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で一通りの生活道具が揃っているます。近くに小さなスーパーがあり買い出しができ、旧市街の中なのでレストランにも困りません。観光地へのアクセスも大変良いです。 また機会があったら利用したいです。
