Classical mini studio with a modern touch!

When we created this mini studio, our objective was to establish a compact oasis, a place where comfort meets convenience, especially after a long day. We aimed to design a space where you can unwind and truly enjoy your time. Additionally, we value its location, which offers direct access to the heart of the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, shops, and boutiques. We hope you find as much enjoyment in staying at our mini studio as we do!

We focused on making this studio as functional as possible, prioritizing efficiency and comfort in its design. The space features an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the kitchen with the living area, equipped with a king-sized bed, a 43-inch TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a wardrobe for clothing storage, and a table suitable for working or dining. The bathroom is designed for convenience, featuring a double basin, a shower, and a washing machine with a drying function.
We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night between 22:00-08:00 (10pm-8am). No parties are aloud.
Please don't use shoes inside.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment.

Please only put toilet paper in the toilet.
Please use kitchen fan when cooking.
