Villa Bougainvillea is located ONLY 50 meters away from the white beach and the crystal sea of ​​the Bay of Budoni.
The villa is on two levels and it faces in Viale Dei Lidi.
In the ground floor there is a welcoming living area with a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed, a TV connected to digital satellite dish to reach the major of the national and international channels. Beside the living area there is a kitchen with all the major appliances such as a gas cooker with electric oven, refrigerator and small freezer. A service toilet with the washing machine is available in the same floor.
At the first floor there are two bright bedrooms (on request they can be converted into a room with 3 single beds or a double and a single bed per room) and a large bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms have direct access to a spacious "veranda" with direct sea view.
Let's not forget a spacious "veranda-patio" equipped with a table and garden chairs and a BBQ to enjoy all the meals outside and also to relax sitting outside drinking a cold drink or a glass of Sardinia wine :)
The outdoor patios are covered by ornamental plants called bougainvilleas, making Villa Bougainvillea unique in the area. A garden and of course a parking area is available at the Villa.

I would like to "highlight" the amazing and strategic location of Villa Bougainvillea in the area that it allows my lovely guests to reach the beach in less than 2 mins walking and only 5 minutes or even less to reach all the main shops in the area, leaving the car parked in the spot all the time. If you drive all entire year and and you are stressed out by the traffic, cars, public transports, and you want to forget only for a few days or weeks how to drive. This is a sensation that you will definitely feel if you stay in Villa Bougainvilleas. Nor car, no stress, no public transport!!

What about the Budoni town? During the summer the city council organizes cultural events and entertainment and most of the evenings the main street is transformed in a walk area where you can enjoy the real and local summer atmosphere surrounded by markets selling local products and you can also taste the artisan Italian ice cream, wines etc. Totally guaranteed! :D
Of course the nightlife lovers.. there is something for them as well. Only 2 km away from Budoni town there is a disco/nightclub named "Pata Pata" open all night until 6-7am. Good music, good vibes, good people.
