The hotel room seems to be old and not clean, the photos are not accurate and the breakfast is just a coffee, I don't recommend to stay there, also there is bar with laugh music until 4 am

Staff was terrible. Check in was her way or the high way. I like to feel helped. When your traveling in foreign country you need to be treateded with help and respect. She was rude requested a picture and a credit card to register or check in. Rooms had no towels provided and no soap,shampoo and conditioner. The trash can had no liner very under staff. Was not happy. No phones to call front desk.

The room did not have air-conditioning when we arrived. It was obvious the staff knew about this based on some reviews we found online that were done several hours earlier. The temperature in the room was 28 to 30 C. They did attempt to get the air-conditioning working, but then did not allow us to control it in the room was hot the entire night. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend anyone staying here. Everything in the room was dated an old. They even left old towels from the previous guests in the bathroom.

La habitación asignada muy sucia y la recibímos después de las 2 pm, como decía en mi check in , no tienen personal botones que ayuden a subir las maletas , allí en este hotel te prestan el carrito para que tú mismo lo hagas, agregó fotos lo hizo mi esposo, y sigue más situaciones como , las almohadas muy viejas con manchas amarillas antihigiénicas quien puede poner su cara en ella ! Los cubrecamas estaba en lo mismo, Les informamos al front desk la situación y no pudieron resolverlo de inmediato, teníamos que esperar hasta el otro día , la verdad ya queríamos buscar otro hotel e irnos de hay . La señora de front desk trató lo más pronto posible cambiar las almohadas y sobrecamas y al día siguiente hicieron una limpieza profunda a la habitación. Lo comento en este sitio wed por qué uno paga caro y además venimos de otro país a tener unas vacaciones relajantes, no quisiera decir más cosas negativas pero es pésimo hotel para descansar. Las duchas son muy incomodas porque las llaves para prender o regular el agua están afuera de la ducha y el piso muy resbaladizo! Tengan cuidado, se pueden caer. Sin embargo se lo comenté a la señora de front desk y me aclaró que primero las prenda y regulé el agua antes de entrar a la ducha , es un sistema muy peligroso.

I accidentally left my rings on the nightstand when I checked out. Just a few minutes later, I realized and informed the front desk—while I was still at the hotel. They claimed the rings weren’t there, even though they clearly were. It’s obvious someone took them and didn’t want to return them. I will never book here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is very good, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The breakfast has several options. Around the hotel, there are many restaurant and bistro options.

The property was under new and inexperienced management. Unsafe area - upon enter the hotel I was approached by a homeless person demanding money. The hotel used a lot of fragrance spray to cover up a mold problem. In summary, convenient location, inexperienced staff, limited restaurant and old furniture. I would rate 2 stars.

Staying at this hotel was like unwrapping an unexpected gift. I booked their largest room, discovering it was a stylish yet simple duplex loft. The space had a certain charm, even if the furnishings leaned more “utilitarian chic” than luxurious. But hey, for the price I paid, it felt like a win. Now, let’s talk about the shower: I measure a hotel’s worth by water pressure, and let me tell you, this one did *not* disappoint. A+ on that front. On the other hand, the bed had a firm personality—great if you like a little extra support, but maybe not ideal for those who prefer a cloud-like mattress. The towels? They’ve seen better days, but they got the job done. What truly elevates this hotel is its location. I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent! La habitacion era grande pero no tuve agua caliente por gran parte de mi estadia, pocas toallas, la luz del bano estaba algo danada. Creo que precio/Beneficio esperaba mas.
