Bit run down but good overall

Boutique Zen Suites was our arrival point in South America and we were pleased with the size and comfort of our room, as well as the helpful service from the reception staff (Sebastian!). The hotel is only about 10 years old but it looks like much of the upkeep was last done 5 years ago - the rooms were clean, but the bath flooded the bathroom, the extractor fan did nothing and made the whole room damp and the spa/pool areas are neglected. The pool was a nice temperature and we still enjoyed it, but was in a particularly dingy cellar and the "scottish shower" was grim. The sauna was lovely. Overall, good for the money, just grin and bear the typically Buenos Airean state of repair. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful with us!

This hotel is very relaxing

My stay was really good and the staff was helpful. I was surprised how big the room was. They had a walk-in closet! And the internet was super reliable. One thing that was missing in the room was a microwave and coffee maker. But everything else was good. There's a pool in the basement, but not many people use it.

GREAT staff. OK hotel.

The staff was amazing. The power was it when I arrived but they were so helpful that it balanced out. It was father away from me center of the action, and it wasn't a very clean area. It was very safe though, so I wasn't worried.

the hotel itself and the rooms are great, good location, close to main attractions, quiet, rooms are big & clean, staff is really friendly and helpful (most of them speak perfect english), breakfast is served in your own room (just a simple breakfast: bread, toast, juice - no eggs or cheese), the spa - especially the jacuzzi - is poorly maintained, the jacuzzi was NOT working at all and they would not fix it

I would never go back here

Definitely I will never go back to this hotel... it located in a terrible location, room smells like ***, elevator is like 50 yrs old... in overalr I didn't like this hotel at all... maybe other people can think different but I like the good stuff.. passed on to another hotel called esplendor and it's was a totally different world and I paid like 60 bucks less...

Surpreendente!

O hotel surpreende por sua aconchegância e bom atendimento. Suíte ampla, bem higienizada, com TV/DVD, Frigobar, AC, cofre, além de piscina, sauna e massagens. Excelente custo-benefício. Recomendo com certeza!

Jamas volveré, recomendado para mis enemigos.

Por desgracia cuando fuimos se corto la luz en el barrio y el hotel no cuenta con las medidas de seguridad correspondientes, tampoco tenia iluminación de emergencia en las escaleras por el cual es muy peligroso mas si vas en familia y teniendo en cuenta que ese sector lo usan de deposito y se dificulta el subir o bajar en dicho caso. Lamentable que no hagan los mantenimientos necesarios en un lugar tan lindo como se ve en las fotos. La atención de la gente del hotel de 1era. Lastima el gerente que encima que me tuve que ir a otro lugar por exclusiva culpa del hotel me queria cobrar por una noche que no iba a estar porq decia que ya estaba echa la reserva en booking.

Foi razoável. Hotel super bem localizado e prox. A estação de metro bem próximo. Hotel razoavel5 pelo preço que se cobra. Apesar de limpo o prédio é antigo. Meu quarto defeito era ar condicionado. Barulhento. Fui pra dois quartos diferentes com o mesmo.problema.café bem fraco pq nao tem variedade. E o custo benefício eh relativo. Apesar de bom eu nao voltaria.
