Kerjeffredic consists of two properties, L’écurie (sleeps 6) and Chez Moseby, (sleeps 2) set in magnificent and beautifully maintained grounds. The tiny hamlet of Kerjeffredic is in the heart of rural Brittany and near to the medieval chateau town Josselin.
The gite and the cottage are booked together. They make a perfect setting for extended family/friends gathering whilst offering plenty of personal space in this beautiful setting.

4000 sqm of open space including extensive grounds and woodland.
Inside L’écurie on the ground floor is an open plan living area. This consists of a fully fitted kitchen with large oven, dishwasher, washing machine plus a lounge/dining area with plenty of seating for both dining and relaxing.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and also a separate toilet.
There are three double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom. A full size cot is provided.
The main patio doors lead into the garden and the side patio doors open onto the terrace with the pool and barbecue area. The heated pool is available from June to September. Pool dimensions: 6m x 3.5m and depth 1m.
There is an outdoor table and plenty of sun loungers.
The large outside space with several wooded areas is perfect for youngsters to run, play and explore.
Chez Moseby is a one bedroom cottage opposite L’écurie.
The cottage has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Inside the cottage on the ground floor is an open plan kitchen/diner/living area. There is also a fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle and toilet.
A washing machine is located in the outhouse next door to the cottage.
TV with English channels is available and Wi-Fi access
The property is suitable for maximum two adults and a baby. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed. A cot is available.
Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool towels.
The cottage is not accessible for wheelchairs and not suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

Relaxing retreat
We absolutely loved our stay-the house was beautiful-full of quirky charm. The pool was a hit-especially with the kids. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and safe for children to explore. Good base to explore Brittany. Owners were on hand for anything we needed and were very welcoming but not overbearing in any way and the stay felt private. Thank you.

Belle Maison, propre, spacieuse, bien équipée (outils cuisine, ventilateur, sèche cheveux....), beau jardin, très calme.... Notre seul bémol serait la barrière de la langue avec les propriétaires. De vrais anglais, Ils sont charmants et extrêmement discrets. Cependant, pour quelques questions, la gestion du quotidien telle que pour la piscine, poubelles....; nous aurions apprécié quelques informations supplémentaires. Pas facile de trouver le juste milieu.... Ils ne sont jamais content ces Français ! :-) Du moins, à contrario, un peu plus de consignes écrites.... Pour info, la personne qui envoie le mail en Français après la réservation, est visiblement une gestionnaire et non la propriétaire...Pas évident pour certaines précisions ou requêtes. Mais cela n'a pas entaché notre quinzaine... Merci

Location idéale pour profiter du calme
Nous remercions Mme M Mosby pour leur accueil. Merci également à Sue. Nous avons apprécié cette location. Il y a encore quelques finitions à faire. Le Gîte ne manque de rien. La literie est très bonne. Juste un peu loin de tout. Absolument besoin d un véhicule.

Belles vacances en famille
Très bon séjour dans cette charmante propriété. L'emplacement est idéal, assez isolé pour être au calme, ce que nous recherchions, tout en étant proche de la voie rapide (<5min en voiture) qui permet facilement de rayonner dans la région pour la découvrir ! La piscine est réellement privative et les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets.

Joli gîte
Le gîte et son parc sont très jolis. Les propriétaires très accueillants et attentionnés mais aussi très discrets. Le gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Par contre un nettoyage approfondi du gîte et ses équipements ainsi qu'un bon décapage de tous les bois (escaliers, rampe, planchers, plan de travail...) sont nécessaires (ça colle et odeur persistante). Un décodeur TNT permettant de recevoir correctement les chaînes françaises serait le bienvenu. Nous conseillons ce gîte pour des vacances tranquilles en famille à la campagne.
