Beautiful corner lot with 980 sq ft home. Completely upgraded with brand new counter tops, flooring,dish washer, built in microwave. Bathroom was completely remodeled and upgraded. Bring your four legged friends with the comfort of knowing they get to run and play in a secure chain link fence around property. Or just sit under the trees in the swing and enjoy the morning or the beautiful desert sunsets. One mile from river in two direction, so bring that boat or jet skis . If traveling with pets, just hit how many travelers and pet fee will show to be added.

Cute place, little vintage, great big yard, dogs loved it, kids loved it. There was a lot of pet hair on the couches, not sure if cats have been there or not, but the allergies were on the rise… other than that the AC worked amazingly, and it was a good stay.
