A decent place to stay if you are on budget

The location is good. It is near the subway station. It only takes around 5 minutes from exit 15 of Seomyeon station to the hotel. I think it is a decent place to stay. Although the room is not very very clean, it is still acceptable. The room is spacious. However, the room is not bright enough. The window is not made with glass. Instead, it is a mirror. So if the window is closed, there will be no sunlight.

Good location but much improvement needed

The location of the hotel is amazing! Round the corner form exit 15 of Seomyeon station. It is surrounded by food (street food and korean eating houses). Bujeon market is but 3-5min walk away where thereโ€™s a lot of amazing local stuff. Cooked and uncooked. However, regarding the room, even though it is cleaned daily, it is not very clean. The beds were not properly made but sloppily put back togetherness. The bathroom was also not well cleaned. I came back finding the hair that dropped during showering in the morning still at the drainage area. Makes me wonder if after each customerโ€™s stay, do they scrub the walls of the toilet and room and floor to ensure it is clean. Other than that, the room is ok. Size of the room definitely is smaller than what the photos show. I have stayed in much larger rooms with much more space (not thst I need it but just donโ€™t like to feel lied to).

Bathtub in a 3 star hotel, was a thumbs up to us as we didnt except it. Smart tv which allows you to watch online shows that is connected to the PC in the room.

Love hotel next to a big wet market and nightclubs

first impression counts and this hotel definitely failed in that. First floor of hotel is carpark and reception is just a small counter at the back. It definitely didn't give a very good impression of a hotel especially for the price I'm paying, I can get a much better hotel at Myeongdong at same price. Room was not ready despite coming at 5+pm, staff just said come back in 20min, he didn't even apologise or look apologetic at all. Hotel facility is definitely old, plenty of mold at bathroom. I have to say the bathroom is big with a huge bathtub. Bed was too stiff for my liking, pillows too flat even when piling two of them. No extra pillows allowed. It's definitely a love hotel when condoms are given free as part of the facility and if you pressed wrong buttons on the tv remote, you'll get... oh well. Somehow the room smelled of cigarette when I came back from dinner although windows are all closed. It came from outside the door? Hmm.. I was so depressed on first night that I had wanted to forfeit the next two nights stay but decided against it due to Budget concerns. Worst hotel stay in my trip.

Good location with free usage of computer

The hotel is less than 3 mins walk from seomyeon station. Next to the hotel is a market where cheap and nice food can be found. Staffs are helpful and friendly. There's even free usage of the computer in the room. One thing to note is that the bathroom is not enclosed by opaque door, so if you are traveling with friends may not be suitable.

Overall Good Hotel

Strategic location for the hotel where we can easily had our lunch and dinner, nearby subway station too. The room consider spacious and with good facilities, never expected to have jacuzzi too! Is worth to stay with the money!

Comfortable Hotel with good location

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. It's location is closed to shopping areas as well as Seomyeon subway station. Hence, going around places is easy. Will come back to this hotel on my next visit.
