This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didnโ€™t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. It was clean and the location was good but would not stay here again.
