Whg 1 Swallow Nest:
The apartment Schwalbennest is located on the ground floor of the holiday home on the Boddenufer in Buschvitz near the county town of Bergen auf Rügen. The holiday home offers a beautiful view of the Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden. The sauna and common room, as well as the garden with barbecue facilities, can be shared and invites to relax.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment. Not far from the county town Bergen is located in the village Buschvitz our house AM Boddenufer. It is located directly on the reed belt and offers a wonderful view of nature and the small Jasmunder Bodden. The house offers 3 apartments, a large garden with barbecue, small pond and a small private playground.  For common use is located in the house a large conservatory with fireplace, small kitchenette and a sauna (for a fee) .Additional services can be booked on advance booking: baby cot / high chair per 10 € per week, baby bed linen 10 €. Bed linen: 12,00 € p. P., towels 6,00 € p. P. and each change. Pets are only in selected apartments by prior arrangement with the landlord and surcharge. The journey is possible from 16 - 18 o'clock, or by telephone arrangement. On the day of departure you can use your apartment until 10 o'clock.

Ein Kümmerer fehlt wohl.
Das Haus war von innen sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand, allerdings merkt man, dass außen seit einigen Monaten nichts gemacht worden ist - auf der Terrasse Unkraut und Dreck, Sträucher wachsen den Weg zu, alle Fliegengitter zerrissen, wirkt so ein bisschen traurig und vernachlässigt und mindert den Eindruck von dem ansonsten tollen Garten. Wir hatten trotzdem ein schönen Urlaub.

Schade das eine so schöne Wohnung so schlecht gereinigt und gepflegt wird.
Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Nur leider wird sie schlecht gereinigt und gepflegt. Sauna Nutzung war aus diesem Grund auch nicht möglich, genau wie der Wintergarten. Dazu hätte erstmal eine Grundreinigung statt finden müssen. Schade das ein so schönes Objekt nicht gepflegt wird und dadurch über die Jahre alles kaputt geht.
