Nice appartement with small kitchen 2 rooms with connecting door. Two small balcony's just enough for 4 people. Perfect dark window shutters and two badrooms/ toilets. Also nice organized swimming pool.

Die Anlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze ist fĂŒr Personen unter 80 kg okay. FĂŒr alle drĂŒber leider null Komfort. Die Ausstattung hat zwar ale Töpfe und Geschirr, jeddoch nichts zum abspĂŒlen. Weder Schwamm, SpĂŒli oder Geschirrtuch. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war absolute Grundversorgung. Keinerlei Abwechslung. ZumnEnde des Urlaubs, gab es nicht mal mehr rohen Eier zum selbst kochen. Das Abendessen war sehr enttĂ€uschend. Nicht nur das jeglicher Fisch oder Fleisch trocken gegart wurde. Das Essen nicht selten in einem nĂ€chsten Essen am Folgetag in anderer Form zu finden war. Die Zutaten der Tagessuppe um das jeweilige GemĂŒse des Vortags ERWEITERT wurde, war es seltem wirklich warm oder heiß. Das kostenlose Wasser war so chlorhaltig, das es nicht trinkbar war. Apropos Chlor und kalt... unser eigentliches Highlight sollte das Schwimmbad werden. Aber 23 Grad Raumtemperatur und gefĂŒhlt kĂ€lteres Wasser machten daraus keinen Spass. FAZIT.. LEIDER KEINE EMPFEHLUNG. und wenn dann OHNE Halbpension. Ach noch ein Tipp an die Hundebesitzer. Denkt an euren HundetĂŒten. Es gibt zwar MĂŒlleimer mit Spender. Die waren aber nie befĂŒllt.

HĂŽtel inaccessible, le col du pag est fermĂ© quand il est enneigĂ©. Nous redescendons pour trouver un autre accĂšs et cherchons Ă  joindre l’hĂŽtel pour connaĂźtre la route Ă  emprunter mais tous nos appels restent sans rĂ©ponse et redirigĂ©s vers le service de rĂ©servation. Eux aussi cherchent Ă  les joindre mais n’ont aucune rĂ©ponse 
 Au bout de deux heures nous serons seulement recontactĂ© par l’hĂŽtel mais nous avons dĂ» prendre une nuit ailleurs afin de ne pas nous retrouver sans rien. L’hĂŽtel refuse Ă  ce jour de nous rembourser malgrĂ© le manque d’information, et le manque d’instructions pour accĂ©der Ă  notre chambre. Je ne conseille pas du tout, mauvais sĂšve client , mauvaise communication bref on repassera

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et attentionnĂ©. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs propre et confortable. Un lĂ©ger bĂ©mol toutefois concernant le repas du soir et le petit dĂ©jeuner, qui manquaient un peu de variĂ©tĂ© et de saveur. MalgrĂ© cela, l’ensemble reste trĂšs positif et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre sĂ©jour.

Accueil peu professionnel, notre reservation etait de 3 chambres, l 'hotesse d Accueil m 'annonce, non vous n avez qu une seule chambre, mes documents precisaient 3 chambres Incapable de resoudre le probleme, apres 3 coups de téléphone, le chef de service a effectivement resolu ce problÚme Personnel incompétent et peu aimable Ensuite , on a eu 3 chambres dans 3 bùtiments eliognes les uns des autres, donc vraiment experience tres désagréable

HygiÚne du logement à désirer

Nous avons passĂ© deux nuits dans un studio À l’arrivĂ©e beaucoup d’attente Ă  la rĂ©ception le logement n’était pas prĂȘt mais nous sommes arrivĂ©s 30 min Ă  l’avance Quand on a rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© nos clĂ©s, tout le logement Ă©tait sale ( pq encore dans les wc, saletĂ©s sur le sol, dentifrice encore sur le lavabo, douche encore mouillĂ©,une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able, le tiroir Ă  couverts pleins de miettes et le pire des cheveux ou des poils sur les alĂšses des taies d’oreiller
) personnellement je n’ai jamais vu cela, nous avons fait que dormir du coup et j’ai du mettre une serviette autour des oreillers. Sinon l’endroit se situe en hauteur et la vue est trĂšs belle, il y a une piscine mais lĂ  aussi mĂȘme si on doit retirer les chaussures Ă  l’entrĂ©e on doit marcher pieds nus sur un sol sale, nous n’avons pas pu profiter du spa (nous sommes allĂ©s dans un autre camping du coup) car fermĂ© les week-ends. J’ai du nettoyer le logement Ă  notre dĂ©part avec l’impression de nettoyer pour les gens d’avant. Nous n’y retournerons pas
