We are located in an exclusive condominium with 24-hour security, just 200 meters from the beach.

In addition to the gourmet area with private barbecue, the house has 4 air-conditioned suites, a full kitchen, and a large and comfortable living room;

Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has rotating parking, so we can accommodate up to 3 vehicles: 2 in the house parking and 1 in the condominium parking.

The house has 4 air-conditioned suites accommodating up to 12 people as follows:

Suite 1 – Ground floor: Double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe.

Suite 2 – Ground floor: Double bed, wardrobe + 1 extra single mattress.

Suite 3 – Upper floor: Double bed, wardrobe + 1 extra single mattress.

Suite 4 – Upper floor: 2 single beds, wardrobe + 1 extra single mattress.

If desired, we can recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend grill chefs if additional services are required during your stay.

NOTES:

For vehicle traffic, the maximum speed limit is 20 km/h.

Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

To prevent accidents, do not bring glass bottles or crystal glasses into the pool area.

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.

Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!

The entrance to the condominium is via Av Jose Ribeiro Dantas, which makes it very easy to get around, regardless of your purpose. There are buses, vans, Uber and many places you can walk to, including the nearest beach, which is 100 meters away.
